UPDATE: The manager, Amanda, reached out very quickly and fixed his hair, very appreciative of her quickness and helpfulness. I don't usually write reviews but, my husband came home with this haircut and I was at a loss for words. He spent $28 on this??? Literally missed a piece of hair and there are lines in his head. He feels so awful about his haircut I can't believe a licensed person would let him leave their chair like this.

Completely honest the only reason at all what so ever the ONLY reason I give
this place 5 stars is because Terene, Every time she cuts my hair, it turns out absolutely perfect!! I've had my hair done by others in the past, but nobody compares to her skill and attention to detail.
If you're like me and struggle with a cowlick that other stylists just can't seem to manage, then Terene is the one you need! She has a unique ability to work with my hair and makes it look fantastic every single time.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine and talented stylist. Thank you again, Terene, for always making me feel and look my best!

I'm going to leave 4 stars but share with you a tid bit. Tipping culture is out of hand when you pay for a service and people get upset with you that you either don't tip enough or don't tip at all. I felt nothing compelling me to tip but I had the stylist get slightly aggravated and say "no tip?" Be mad that your owner isn't paying your desired wages don't get mad at me. This is a very American culture, people don't believe in this tipping culture in Europe. Besides that service was acceptionable. Don't come at me with some sense of entitlement like I owe you anything other than transaction for the provided service. I've worked for years in manual labor jobs construction, warehouse and factory and people don't tip those guys, they also make the same thing they make about 20 years ago. Which was good money back then but now it's an inflated economy. So drop the sense of entitlement please, tipping is a choice

Maria is absolutely fantastic! She is very welcoming and a joy to catch up with every time I come in. She has a great knowledge about technique, styling, and products, and always delivers 10/10 results. I drive over 30 minutes from my home to see her at this location!

I asked for a trim, but made the mistake of telling her that I would use a 2 trimmer head instead of a 7 trimmer head. So, it ended up being cut too short. But, lesson learned. It will grow back. No big deal!
