Excellent customer service! My wife and I are helping my parents with a quick and difficult move. We needed storage that was accessible, clean, and safe. Julie at Star Storage was so attentive to our needs, understanding, and kind. She helped us rent a unit that exceeded expectations for a very reasonable price. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and plan to refer anyone in the community. They are conveniently near Exit 13 on 400, and it will now be easy to get things moved on our timeline.
