Very poor experience storing here, starting with the dead mice I continuously discovered in my unit. exterminator came out and they accepted no responsibility and blamed the rat poison making the mice thirsty and I had bottled water in my unit never opened and they tried to say that was the reason for it and the management, particularly Bob Cook who is very rude and overall not friendly. if you are going to organize your unit for a few hours you can bet on being harassed by him!!

Bob makes the rentalprocess and stay, like a mellow drive thru the night. Very easy going and kind person to talk to. Clean facility with easy access for renters.

Great experience at storage sense. I rented a cargo trailer, it was an easy experience. After I left, Bob contacted me three days later because he remembered that I had dropped my sunglasses. He found them the next week in the planting bed, and tracked me down. Excellent service.

Great experience Bob is a very pleasant man. He goes above and beyond to help the customers. I broke my key inside of my lock and he took the time to dig the key out so I would not have to purchase another lock.
