I am so excited to be switching banks from my local credit union to Truist. This branch is close to my house and I was having difficulties at my current bank getting the correct info to set up a business banking. I looked up Truist online and saw I can easily make an appointment at a branch. The moment my husband and I walked into the branch we were greeted. We proceeded to be helped by a branch leader, Writu. I cannot thank her enough for the positive experience we had in setting up our business banking account. She went over our options, paperwork, and other items very thoroughly and quickly. The process couldn't have been any easier! At one point in the process I did have to withdraw money from my other bank card for a starting deposit and the tellers were very friendly as well. I walked out of the bank with such a positive experience after having a negative one at a bank I had been banking with for years. Thank you!

This is the closest location to my home and I finally had time to swing in to update the name on my account as I was recently married. After a few minutes of waiting, the teller called me to her to inform me that I needed to make an appt and that it would take them 15-20 mins but they has to go home. I arrived 30 mins before they closed and this did not sit well with me. Where is the customer service?? I wasted my time coming into the branch and dragging my kids in for nothing! Huge waste of my time when they should have helped me.Shame on you!

The worst bank where you can open an account since I change to Truist .... the only thing they want is to charge and charge you for everything the truth I don't recommend it if customer service is the worst ..

I signed up for the payment protection program on day 1. SunTrust said they were going first come first serve. I have proof of other business signing up after me and already accepted and approved. People should really consider doing business with this bank I had an account with them since 2007. Horrible service. Money has run out as if now in the program and small businesses are suffering choosing to help who they choose. The Cares act tried to help with this Its clear to see this didn't happen.

MlmI been abandon at home day 5 because SunTrust has tied up my money after i put in a deposit. Ugh please let me have my money and i will be gone.

Today Saturday, January 27, this lady the teller don't know what she is doing, wait in line for 25 minutes, when got my turn. I give her my deposits I ask her for separate split deposit cuz is a business, we deposit per day , she refused to do it for me, when I been costumer for this bank for 20 years usually I go to Keith bridge location, never have a issue, but this lady need some help , wow !! What a customer service in this branch!! Very disappointed

Awful. We went in to get a line of equity but they pitched us a refinance. The deal looked good so we agreed to go forward. We sent in all the documents and filled out the application and spoke with the broker the day I dropped off everything to begin the process. I started following up a couple of weeks later and she kept given me the standard run around. Never could give me an update. Why? Because she didn't turn in the paperwork and start the actual process for almost 2 months. She finally responded to us after my husband contacted the branch manager. The rates went up during this period and she never locked in the rate. Total waste of time gathering documents and filling out paperwork. Completely incompetent.
