Been going to this branch for so many years with nothing but superior customer service coming from Ms Carole Dowden. I vote for her to be on the training module for all Truist and all banks! Well deserved to be a true brand ambassador. Thank you for your service!

Seriously enough is enough. Invest in a better atm. I've had deposits incorrectly counted and even deposited. Always out of order. Just outdated and inconvenient but consistent at that one thing. About to bank else where

Very professional and calm staff. I always find this branch with very decent crowd and in & out of the branch within 15 minutes. Safe deposit availability, drive away banking, in branch access are a few more features which make this branch a bit more reasonable to have account here.

There's a middle-aged caucasian female that works here and unfortunately, I got stuck with her a few times. Simple transactions each time, but she was absolutely useless and on top of that, a horrible attitude. It got so bad, I took my business to another bank altogether.

I walked in the bank and there were three tellers behind the counter talking they acknowledged me and said they would be with me in a second and they all kept talking for a few minutes while I stood there only one in the bank finally when they get to me I asked if they could change out smaller bills for big bills and they told me the only way they could do that is depositing everything into my account and then taking it back out even though I bank with them. I was at another Truist yesterday trying to do the same thing and they only had a few big bills that they could trade but they at least gave me what they had. Rude and unprofessional I’ll be exploring other banks to bank with

Slow service. Under staffed. Took three hours to open a bank account and i was trying to use new account promo code, manager (RITU) said I can't use it, saying she does not know. Later I showed the promo code posted on TRUIST website and it says if I open a new account I can use it.

Well this bank merge probably isn’t as smooth as they advertise. Over the weekend no access to online to unlock a card. Leaving me in a difficult situation. Two 30 min calls to inform me on the weekends digital banking department not available. And now 20$ checking account fees that I didn’t have before. As well as two overdraft fees. So they are quick to take that but can’t answer calls. Lobby isn’t open and not answering. Take your checking accounts to another bank. A merge shouldn’t disrupt business like this. And no one should hold your money that you can’t speak with.Central bank corruption at its finest. Bad business is what lead them to merge and this name will be no different. Do your research people. Pull your money!Went into the bank to close account. They have to call 800 number! Carole says it will take 30 min. She does the same thing. Refuse to give bank managers information. Pull your money! When you call the number. They say go to the bank.And Carole sit down. You’re making 15$ a hour and you have no power. Good luck.

I had the pleasure of working with Melissa on several occasions since 2019 & have had an excellent experience each time . She is helpful, answers all my questions. I would recommend her.
