I don’t mind the ridiculously long waits at times. I don’t mind the staff when they’re not helpful and unfriendly. What I do mind is that there has been an influx of newly hired people who are Indian, Indian-American and Indo-Asian ethnicities who may or may not be culturally aware that aggressive sales tactics are not polite and seen as incredibly rude. I had to ask if they weee getting commission to which the gront staff said “no.” But every time I say I DO NOT WANT A TH MAXX CREDIT CARD, we have to argue for five freaking minutes. This time the cashier brought another associate to try and convince me. It’s my money, it’s my credit score, it’s my freaking time and I do not want to get the damn card. Please stop asking me the first time I said no, the second time I said no, the third time I said no strongly and the fourth time I almost had to get rude for them to understand that NO MEANS NO. It’s disrespectful and I get there are cultural differences but please recognize my cultural differences and respect that I DO NOT appreciate harassment and being haggled at checkout!!!

Awesome place...but come prepared to stand in line to check out. We literally stood in line for over an hour. Absolute insanity.

Disappointing Experience Due to Unprofessional Staff:
My recent few visits to this store have been consistently frustrating due to a significant lack of professionalism and adequate training among the employees. The staff members frequently engage in loud conversations in a non-English language, creating an environment that feels more like a chaotic college hallway than a retail establishment.
More concerning is their apparent inability to interact appropriately with customers. Employees consistently exhibit rude behavior and seem unprepared to handle even basic customer service interactions. This pervasive unprofessionalism makes shopping at this store a truly unpleasant and regrettable experience. I strongly recommend that management address these issues through comprehensive staff training focused on customer service etiquette, professional conduct, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Doesn’t matter what time you come the line is ridiculous to check out. I’d rather inventory be messy and unorganized then have to wait 30 to 45 minutes each time to just buy something. I know me and many others have just left instead of buying something because of the long lines. Management shift your focus!!

30 minute wait just to check out and the cashier would rather grab carts outside then help customers.

Great experience, we went to buy a frame for our paiting and staff helped us generously in our search.
We eventually got what we need and this how our paiting which is made by me spouse turned out.....

It a two stores in one, At Home & TJ Maxx. It is very crowded. Placement of items makes it difficult to move around in the store.
