This place is a dump. They close earlier than their scheduled hours. Stopped in looking for a pizza oven thinking it was associated with Ace Hardware and the employees just laughed at me and were zero help. A simple we don’t carry those would have been fine. Our town will be better off when they go out of business and a better hardware chain takes over this location. This is my second bad experience here.

Awesome store! More like a museum. So many items it’s overwhelming. If they don’t have it you probably don’t need it.
One of the last of a dying breed. Cool old stores that have just about anything and good honest people running them.

It's unfortunate, but very evident when you walk in the door why True Value filed for chapter 11 and is looking for a buyer. The best way to describe this store is CHAOS. Boxes and merchandise line the aisles. The end of many aisles are blocked by boxes and other merchandise forcing you to squeeze your way through or walk back around. The lighting in the store reminds me of a basement. Dark and damp. I couldn't even begin to tell you what they have in stock because of all the different boxes with no labels on them strewn throughout the store. Needless to say I walked out within 5 minutes and found another hardware store.

Entrance into the store was very cluttered and congested. Not sure if there was a delivery or if that is how it always is.

Willing to sell grade 5 hardware for use on my car, the minimum for automotive is grade 8! He had, "never heard of grade 10"... this is a problem.Don't trust information from this store.

Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This hardware store is what hardware stores should be. They have alot of the stuff you can't find at the big box stores. And it's close to home.

This place is awesome. They have such a large variety of items that you will always find what you are looking for or find something else that you may need. If they don't have what you are looking for, then you will not find it in a store. Mark keeps a well stocked store. Kudos to Glazes Hardware and all the employees.
