I rented a second unit online on Sunday, but the door doesn't close due to the damaged structure pulled away from the foundation. There is no way to cancel or "move out" online and no response from emails at multiple published addresses after two business days.
I am still a customer for the first unit I got.

I wanna say how awesome the customer service was. Rebekah made sure every question I had asked was answered. It was very easy to rent a unit. Also they have auto pay so I don't have to worry about missing a payment.
