The staff at my local store, 4315, has been patient with customers, knowledgeable on new and new-to-me products and all of my shipping questions, polite on the phone and efficient in the store.
I believe that my local store, 4315 , truly does embody the UPS motto of “customer first” and I have never been disappointed with the entirety of any of my experiences, including shipping and receiving.

Outstanding service at the UPS Store, thanks to Coen! He was not only exceptionally professional but also truly excellent at his job. It’s rare to encounter such top-notch customer service these days. Coen definitely deserves recognition, be it a bonus or a raise. Highly recommend!

I have been using the Cruse Marketplace UPS location for four years now and have never once had a problem. The staff in very friendly, and my packages always arrive within the estimated shipping time. Highly recommend!

Extremely bad services. Two days after I went to this store to let them print shipping label and ship this international package, the tracking info still showed not get inti UPS shipping system, stay at "Create Label" phase, when I went to the store, the clerk told me he can do nothing about it, ups store and UPS are two separate business, he cannot track the package with ups, He is only responsible for take the package. Then later argue that the destination address may be wrong, so cannot be delivered. But the tracking info tells the package not even in UPS shipping system yet, it is very likely still in this store somewhere. When you ship the package, the clerk told me pay this $120 then package will be delivered in two days, but after two days the package is still not into UPS shipping / not picked up yet. Very very bad experience, the clerk is very irresponsible and just try to defend the bad service.

Even if this UPS Store is closer to you, make the drive to The Shipping Post. I dropped off a critical overnight package that never left the Store and I had to go back and retrieve it when I logged in the next day to confirm delivery and saw no activity.

Unfortunately, this is the closest UPS Store near me so I visit often. The service is typically fine however if you are dealing with Gene, it is not a pleasant experience. Multiple times I've been helped by him and he's never been friendly - the experience feels quite rushed and as if he's annoyed. I recently had a box that we paid a couple hundred dollars to insure and i went into the store ASKING Gene if this is something he could handle. While explaining the situation, the whole time he's cutting me off saying "yes. Yep! Uh huh!" And as I'm still explaining he prints out a receipt puts it on the counter and then begins to say "no I'm not signing my name" after he had already said yes (which is what he was "yes. Yup & uh huh'ing me). I had to make a phone call in which i told my Manager what was happening at the store & while on the phone he's talking quite loudly repeating how he won't sign but i can just give the package to the driver. First off it's unacceptable to talk over someone while they are talking but it's also unacceptable to raise his voice - i don't appreciate that kind of service at all. I went in with no expectations which is why i was trying to explain the situation and figured he might not be able to accept the package due to the package being insured but he was rudely interrupting me as i was explaining - probably why he first said yes then said no later. If you have another store closer to you, I'd suggest going there & if you have to go to this store i suggest waiting for an employee to help you other than Gene.
