I had a great experience at this store. I will travel from Freedom Parkway and go out of my way to come here; there is a store closer to me. Sandra is very nice and helpful; she is always pleasant to deal with as well. I like that they have longer hours than the store near me as well.

I’ve been coming here for years to make returns, ship packages, and more. It’s close to home, and the customer service has always been great. Recently, however, I had a disappointing experience with one of the newer employees, an older woman working at the front. I overheard her speaking rudely to several customers before me, and when it was my turn, she laughed at my request for help. Everyone has rough days, but it’s no reason to treat customers poorly. 😵💫

I’ve visited this location several times in the past for Amazon return self-service and found it convenient and efficient. However, my recent experience with their notary service was disappointing. According to the website, the store is open until 6:30 PM on weekdays and until 3 PM on weekends, but there’s no mention that notary services end an hour earlier. After waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes on a weekday, I was informed at the counter that notary services stop at 5:30 PM. It would be helpful if this timing was clearly communicated online or posted outside the store to avoid confusion.
Additionally, I observed that the staff could improve in terms of customer interaction. A little more courtesy and friendliness would go a long way in creating a welcoming environment. Due to this experience, I’ve started exploring other service providers like Shipping Post, where the service has been more consistent and the staff more approachable and helpful.

Wifi didn’t work and the employees were particularly rude (especially Shannon - who I also heard use some pretty derogatory language).

Employees refused to help people for 15 minutes while they put up stock. At least 6 people just standing around waiting on service. Seems like 1 employee could have helped people while the other employee put away stock. Choose another location.

Called to ask a simple question and ask if I could hold. Of course I said yes. Then they just set phone down and I could hear talking. After 10 minutes I have up.

Absolutely awful customer service. They call me 30 mins after the store is closed to tell me my package is left outside. The package is worth over 1200$. Says it was leaking but will have pictures attached. It was left out in the rain. Wouldn't allow me to ask a question and would not answer my questions without her asking a question. It was also left in an area of the building that had zero cameras. I literally carried this package into the store. The old lady running it at the time couldn't even handle the package. I had to help her get it to the back of the store on a dolly. The package wasn't leaking anything when it was carried in or while it was being transported tilted on the dolly. She stated that the UPS store has nothing to do with UPS on the phone. How do you carry the UPS name but have no idea whose picking up freight?

This store is very personable. I have printed banners for years and they are always great. The staff is also very helpful. I’ve communicated with Stephanie in the past regarding the signs and she is always making recommendations and going the extra mile to ensure I’m satisfied.
