Worst UPS experience. Rude behavior by employee in treating the customers. They haven't been trained for the job. There are many UPS store around, so we have a choice. Won't be visiting this store again.
I appreciate the owner responding to review that they take customer feedback seriously, but if it was taken seriously than we shouldn't be continue to see such behavior reported

Terrible costumer service. After I carried 6 heavy boxes they send me back and not accepting other 2 boxes because of no enough space on their backyard!!!then I had to leave 6 boxes there and had to drive drop other 2 boxes off another UPS store.

I had a package set up for delivery. I left the store and then had concerns about these unreplaceable handmade items. Max and Srithan worked hard to find the package to reassure me it was shippable. It was a lot of work on their part but the peace of mind they gave me was priceless. In fact, any time I’ve gone to this store, which is a lot, staff has been helpful. I chose this store specifically because my experiences have been good.

Poor customer service. Not friendly at all. I won't go there again for sure. Ended up going to another store and they could help me find scan code on UPS website to ship my box.

Very bad experience. They claim to do the notary, but when I walk in they say person left early or not available today etc. it happened 2 days in a row and don’t know when they will be available. Come on, you got to be kidding me while I make a trip to UPS store every day.

Just be aware, you can get there in a hurry 5 min before they close but they have already locked the door. That is poor customer service in my book.

They are charging $4 for Notarizing 1 page. They are stealing money from customers. I will never go back again.

At the beginning of November I mailed a package back at the UPS on Bethelview (Publix shopping center)- I opted for the cheaper shipping time which was still almost $20. It took almost 1 1/2 weeks for this item to reach the destination after I was informed it would take 4 days- half of that time was due to the package going from Georgia to PENNSYLVANIA back to Buford, Georgia and then to NYC. Today I called customer service to see if this was eligible for any partial refund due to the service not being what I was initially advised as far as a timeframe .. they directed me to the store. I was greeted in a rushed manor by a mid aged man as he tapped the sign that said it wasn’t guaranteed unless overnight shipping… which was NEVER there before… he proceeded to say “well it got there right? Customer service puts the burden on the store, it’s nothing that we are concerned about”… shockingly, I asked if he was the manager and he said “no, the owner”…. I’m amazed at this level of disservice in our own community. I don’t expect the refund but this is what customer service advised me - and at the holiday season, I’ll no longer be patronizing this UPS location. Moral of the story- go somewhere else because this man can only be inconvenienced to talk to the community that pays his bills. No wonder why the staff is always miserable, slow and acts like they’re in pain being there- there is NO leader present.

Never opens on time. Terrible service. Slow employees. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Guy in front of me had an urgent appointment for a notary at 9:30. By 9:50, the staff member hadn’t even arrived.

Charges were insane and experience was worst as I said and they just do a reply on review. Pretend to be nice and say they do care about customer experience when they actually don’t give a dime. They don’t care to reply when you try to contact them through email.

The packages do get shipped. They’re not the fastest sometimes two or three other people behind the counter, not helping customers and not the friendliest. The closest one to me, which is why I go here. if I’m out and about, I’ll go elsewhere.

Excellent Experience!! - Bri, you are a breath of fresh air when it comes to mailing a package!! Not only did you efficiently prep my package to mail, you saved me money by recommending the most economical option for delivery. BONUS- You did it all while being friendly, engaging and even had me laughing…while at a UPS store!!

This store is illegally charging for each page $4 just to Notary color copies with the original one. I have to Notarize my DL front and back and they chaged me $8 just for two pages. When I asked why it's expensiver the Notary said they are increasing fees to $5 per stamp going forward. It's reap off and also illegal
"Each attendance on any person to make proof as a notary public -- $2.00. Every other certificate -- $2.00. It is not lawful to charge more than $4.00 for each service performed."
I am seeing option to report this illegal activity
