Needed 1 page copied from my USB flash drive. The copiers didn’t have the USB port so the guy behind the register said he could help. I was charged $3.48 for 1 (yes, ONE) copy!!! That’s not right….c’mon UPS, last time I go to this place!!!

All the staff, specially Dominique help me with figuring out what I need and having it ready when I need it. They are all very polite and clean cut. As a small business owner I recommend this UPS spot for all your office needs.

Today, I went to drop off a lot of return items at this store. The store executive Keagan was very hospitable, he dealed with the returns so patiently and made sure everything was organized well making me feel extremely comfortable!! Thank you Keagan!!

This location lost two of my packages within two weeks!!!
Last scan for each package is "drop-off" and then is nothing.
Every time I go in, there is such chaos everywhere.
I have 20 - 30 shipments per month.
For the future, I will be using another location for shipping.
Maybe is the driver fault who picked up the packages, but the fact is, it never happen anywhere else, just at this location.

1. When I come into your store, I see hundreds of packages, parcels and any empty boxes in the "customer area". For me, that is chaos and poor planning. As your customer, I don't need to see all of that. Interestingly, the "customer area" in other UPS locations doesn't look like that, even though they are much smaller.
2. About my lost packages. Of course you can say whatever you want. That you have a video of my packages when they have been picked up and that the driver lost them. And what if he/she didn't? As a UPS customer, I only see the last scan, that I dropped off the packages at your location, and there are no other scans. The fact that the driver doesn't have to scan the packages when he/she picks them up IS YOUR PROBLEM!!! I cannot see that the driver picked them up! That's why your store is responsible for the loss!

Calling every customer who writes a bad review a liar shows the real liar.
That's the reason your store has currently just a 3.8-star rating. Because all your customers are liars.

No longer allows Fedex drop off PLEASE FIND OTHER UPS STORES THAT ARE FRIENDLY TO ALL CUSTOMERS Owner himself refused my Fedex dropoff last friday. In the other day, no different than any other ups stores . Closes at 3pm on Saturday why would you close early on a weekend when people want to use your service.

The people in the store are always very friendly and ready to help. They are knowledgeable. They’re responsible, hardworking young people. Nowadays it’s so hard to find hard working youngsters, but these workers take pride in their job.
