Guys, you need to step it up! Consistently, year over year offer terrible customer service. Just had someone up there trying to send something flat rate and the guy at the counter not only argued but tried to embarrass her about it. Long and short - UPS doesn't offer it. Well, store 7322 does. And did. 15 minutes after your rep said UPS doesn't offer this. This is always our experience here. I wish it were different...you guys are close to us but always always always have terrible rude customer service reps.

I’m not sure what has changed at this UPS location. I’ve attempted to ship 1 package a few weeks ago and another 2 today. I was met at the counter by the “location manager” on both occasions. He is the MOST unfriendly person, wow might break his face to smile??!!
I’m familiar with being asked if there is anything flammable, liquid, etc. in the package. He asked in a robotic voice “what’s in the package”, didn’t think they needed to know exactly what’s in the package!
I was mailing a small dog towel that I donated to a rescue, the package weights 0.9 oz. and they wanted $14 to ship it. Maybe try to greet people with a smile and they would be a little more willing to pay the high prices.

I love this UPS store. They always have what I need and are super friendly. The notary there helped me today and it was quick and easy. I wish I had gotten her name but if the owner reads this she deserves a raise.

UPS Keith's Br did my daughter's graduation announcements.. at the last minute and on a Sunday-- they came out BEAUTIFUL and very reasonably priced!! No matter how busy this store gets, these guys execute meeting every single customer's need and with a quickness. I give this place 5 stars and beyond! L. Hawes

The store onto the overnight package, and it wasn't picked up at the next day's scheduled daily pickup. UPS customer service confirmed that it was the responsibility of this store and the reason for the guaranteed delivery date delay.

The folks that work here are friendly and efficient If you get a combination like that in any other business you're going to keep bringing your business back, it doesn't matter if they have 10 people hanging out the door to be able to do whatever they need to do at this store, these folks just bring a smile great attitude and they're fast at what they do. I have a choice between several UPS stores to go to for what I need from dropping off things for Amazon shredding faxing you name it, this is the one I go to constantly they're that good

Had a strange experience today. I was told black and white printing is 37 cents a page. But because what I printed happened to be a shipping label, they charged me 99 cents... Same paper, same ink. I get that it's just pennies, but it doesn't make sense. Next time I'll print somewhere else, or not tell them what I'm printing...

Your staff at this store is always very friendly and helpful. Particularly today (March 7, 2024), we had many documents requiring a Notary and witnesses and all the staff teamed up to be sure everything was taken care of.Great staff!!

The General manager of this store is beyond rude and disrespectful. Tried to ship a package and he just flat out told me he would not ship it due to his personal policy. Do your self a favor and go to a different shipping place. The management here needs to be looked at and replaced.
