Had a package of mine for 22 days and it still hasn’t moved. When I tried calling 3 times I got no answer. Terrible communication and overall experience.

Very understaffed. The employees try their best but it’s obvious they’re frustrated at times. There’s no reason this office should only have 2-3 people at the counter most of the time. It’s frustrating when something that should take 10 minutes takes 30.

Horrible service and you can't reach anyone by phone. 800 number is a joke. You can't get a human being on the line

Went in for their fingerprinting service, the only post office within an hour of me that offers, and waited to be served for 20 minutes before someone even came to the counter. Then waited another 10 minutes for the employee to start the system, only for her to tell me that it doesn’t work. Not her fault, but waiting that long to be helped, only to be told that the system doesn’t work is unacceptable, especially when driving that far out of my way. No wonder this place has such HORRIBLE reviews. It doesn’t surprise one bit. Government work at its finest.

Mike quickly and easily corrected a delivery issue after one phone call.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at this location, particularly regarding USPS package pickup services.
The main issues I've experienced:
Staff member appears easily irritated when customers inquire about packages. When I called the store, they instructed me to come at 8am. Upon arriving at the designated time, there was one person serving who became easily irritated during our interaction. Rather than checking for my package, she asked me to leave my phone number so they could call me back about when to return. This is hardly acceptable service - expecting customers to make multiple trips to a location that's 40 minutes away in traffic is unreasonable and unprofessional.
No clear confirmation provided about whether packages have arrived or are available
Inconsistent service that makes package pickup unreliable
Staff seems only comfortable handling basic tasks like regular mail
As a USPS pickup location, customers should be able to rely on helpful, professional service when retrieving their packages. The current service level makes this location unreliable for package pickup, which defeats the purpose of offering this service. Customers shouldn't have to waste time and gas making multiple trips due to poor service protocols.
I hope management will address these customer service issues to improve the experience for future customers.

Lots of haters in these reviews, but this is the best USPS office I have used, and I've lived all over this country. I've been here 4 times in the past two months. Maybe I get lucky when I go, but in the mornings there almost isn't a line at all. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a mail hold (I thought) and the supervisor called me the next day to resolve it, and was also extremely helpful. Legitimately think this place is wonderful and the staff are great.

Both my wife and I have tried using this location many times. The employees working the counter need to be reminded of how to speak to and their general treatment of customers. Being empathetic and helpful is or should be part of their job vs being rude and dismissive. The later is particularly true of the middle aged female who worked the front desk yesterday afternoon. Even when her younger co-worker seemed to want to offer a solution or suggestions for my wife (who was trying to simply apply for her passport), she was shut down. If you can’t be kind or helpful and, instead, make the customer feel like a nuisance, then perhaps working guest facing isn’t the job for you. I should also mention, this isn’t the first time this employee has interacted like this with either my wife or I. Which leads me to conclude that it’s not simply a situation of her possibly having a bad day; it’s her having a bad attitude.

It is honestly impressive how much this post office messes up. I didn't realize sorting mail, matching street names and house numbers to an envelope, then not even leaving your vehicle to deposit said envelope into a box was such a difficult job.
This is one area where I really hope AI replaces the incompetent employees.

I am writing this review specifically for Ms.Lori. Wonderful person. Goes above and beyond to help a customer. I was there twice within a week, both times for sending an International package, the first time I got there late, did'nt realize that I have to allow extra time for International shipping.I told her I can come back, but she insisted that she will do it since I am already there. Ms. Lori did not mind staying past closing time and took care of my package. Thanks Ms. Lori.
Today the second time she took care of my package.
I asked for a favor and said I misplaced my receipt from the first time that had the tracking number on it, she promptly asked another team member(a young lady) to help her locate it, and she printed it again for me.
Ms.Lori, All I can say is Please stay at this location, We need more people like you. Thanks for all you did for me. See you next time.

The staff that work here are truly miserable people. They tried to make me feel stupid for not knowing exactly how their process works. Isn’t that their job to help people mail things? I just don’t get it. Find a new job if y’all are that unwilling to help.

Our regular mail carrier is great but often times when they have a substitute common sense goes right out the door and then the supervisor will provide excuses. This picture is how a package was delivered today. They also missed our pickup request stating that there was a dog barking inside. The pickup form has a selection for dog present and we always mark yes. We also always mark front door area for pickup and NOT the option where they have to knock on our door and we open the door to give the packages. Why hire (even a substitute) who refuses to do their paid job at the sound of a dog barking inside? I guarantee you if this was the case more than half the people on our route would not get mail or have request picked up. This is not the first time we file a missed pickup request form online... sadly it has happened too many times for us. I understand mistakes happen but the constant lack of ownership is what bothers me every time (it sometimes takes a 3rd or 4th email for the supervisor to actually acknowledge the mistake). Last missed pickup the substitute said they saw no packages at the first door. It could not have been missed unless someone didn't know what a front door was. Just own that you missed it... period. This place lacks accountability period.

Extremely rude and poor customer service. Why work if you gonna have such a poor attitude. I’m sure there are people out there who would be happy to have this job and treat the customer well. Highly disappointed.

Those people working the front counter are rude, uncaring and have entitled written across their forehead. If you people cannot be anything other than grateful then quit so your customer doesn't have to suffer the likes of you
