They are usually nice but they let sick workers come in and work in the pharmacy. This is not okay for those that need medication for being sick to possibly catch something else because their workers come in ill. One of the pharmacy workers had tissues in her nose while working.

I can't say enough good things about the team at this Walgreens! Every single visit, I am greeted with courtesy, kindness, and genuine friendliness from each staff member, making every experience here positive and welcoming. I especially want to express my heartfelt thanks to the store manager, who went above and beyond for me recently—I had accidentally left a bag containing important documents behind and, to be honest, completely forgot about it. Thanks to her remarkable presence of mind and dedication, she personally took the time to trace me and even gave me a call to let me know my bag was safe.
It's rare these days to encounter people who genuinely care, and this manager truly sets the standard for compassion and responsibility. She could have handled my situation differently, but instead showed just how kind-hearted and caring she and her team are. Their actions spoke volumes about the positive culture at this store and the values they represent. I am so grateful for the extraordinary care shown—not just in this instance, but during every visit. Highly recommend this store for their wonderful service and the truly lovely people who work here!

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy because of the pharmacist, Megha. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. As a customer, I felt disrespected and ignored when I tried to express my concerns.
The technician didn’t greet me when I arrived for a vaccine, and they loudly shared personal information like date of birth and full names in front of others—something that should have been handled with more privacy. I was called back and forth multiple times due to poor communication, and when I brought this up, Megha became defensive instead of listening.
What made it worse was that she tried to bring up a discount her technician gave —as if that excuses her behavior. It’s not about money. It’s about basic respect and professionalism, which she clearly needs training on.
My parents also felt uncomfortable with the way things were handled. I only came to this location because of James, the pharmacy manager, who is always professional and helpful. But because of Megha’s behavior, I’m switching to CVS. I hope district management takes action and provides proper customer service training especially around empathy and communication to this pharmacist. I dont know who appointed this lady as pharmacist. She didn’t even apologize to me, even though I was polite and respectful. While all the technicians were standing and helping customers, she sat in the chair acting like a big boss. District manager needs to pull the videos and watch and because I contacted CVS to confirm the name of the vaccine, she started talking nonsense about trust while giving vaccines to my parents. Why would I need to trust her in the first place? I have every right to verify information it’s about my parents health, not about trusting someone blindly. This pharmacist needs to control her attitude to survive

I had a pleasant experience at Walgreens this week, especially interacting with the employees, who were friendly without faking it, which always shows. I went in to find a specialty item and found it easily, and was pleased with the variety of options and full display from which to choose.

Today I visited 2323 canton hwy drive-thru pharmacy to pick up medication and encountered several issues:
The sound at the drive-thru was very poor, making it difficult to hear the staff. While I understand that privacy is important, the volume was too low to effectively communicate.
The technician, Lana, was extremely impatient. When I mentioned the sound issue, she told me it was at maximum volume and suggested I come inside if I couldn't hear. There was no apology or effort to resolve the problem. Technician training may need improvement to address such situations more professionally. I attempted to update my daughter’s hyphenated first name in the system, but Lana did not seem to understand or assist with this request effectively. I felt very comfortable.
The DUR message appeared on the screen for the pharmacist, which indicates he should come to the window to convey important information directly, as required by law. Instead, it seems he communicated the message to Lana, possibly to avoid walking to the window, which is not appropriate.
Please address these concerns with your team and consider additional training for Lana to improve patient interactions and service quality.

I chose Walgreens for filling my doctor’s prescriptions this year, and I had an excellent experience thanks to the pharmacy counter specialists. A special shout-out to Lana, who went above and beyond to assist me. She consistently took the initiative to call the insurance company to confirm coverage and worked diligently to reduce costs. Lana also spent a significant amount of time resolving any discrepancies with my refills and insurance. Thank you Lana for your exceptional dedication and effort in managing my medications.

Can’t organize baby formulas worser than this store. And the crew were never helpful.Had a Similar experience earlier too.
