Waited 20 min for notarization while two people in the office started so called a meeting. Looks like they were chatting, totally ignoring even though I was the only customer there. One female staff from teller desk came and asked my ID so I can be in the waiting list. After 20 min. I asked the lady if it was a meeting with a customer. It was not. They don't have any reason to let a customer wait. Drove down a John's creek branch. It was a working office. Greeted immediately by a gentleman and got it done less than 2 min. What a difference!I don't understand why they are there in the office if they don't want to interact and help customers first. I will not use this branch from now on and drive down. This branch should be stay closed so people don't waste their time to park and walk in to wait.

This brand was closed during the covid craziness so I went down 141 to another branch that treated me with respect and was ready to help with any requests I had. Today I met with the manager Maria, who was condescending and did not show respect. I recommend driving down the road and avoiding this branch if possible.

Cash deposit got "jammed" in atm... couldn't return my funds. Manager says a claim will take days... No credit for a cash deposit. Credited me $0.01... "You do not need to take any further action"... What a joke!

Worst location ever!!!!! I wish i could give it negative stars. Been Wells Fargo for over 25 years and ever time I walk into this location I want to close all my accounts. One of the reasons I hardly use my account anymore. Have accounts over 5 different banks and ANY BANK location is better than this location by far. The Personal Bankers at this location have horrible customer service skills. It just keeps getting worst with each new employee.

Wish I can give negative stars. Horrible and racist staff (Few of them) and have no basic decency.I am a customer and do decent transaction in this bank with very large sum of money and the bank do not have any facilities (bathroom) for its customer. I have no respect for this bank any more. They must revamp the staff and retrain them for better customer service. The bank do not pay the emplyess we customer pay the salary of the employees and off course the staff at higher position to also steal.

This bank can be extremely frustrating! If I have a problem it's rare that I'm able to get out in less than an hour. Unfortunately I have had a handful of problems...
