I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received during my multiple visits to the bank. On three occasions, I attempted to speak with a banker but was informed that no one was available, and I was advised to return the following day. Unfortunately, I am currently facing a significant issue involving 27 overdraft fees, each amounting to $35, on one of my accounts. These fees were incurred due to transactions of less than $10, and despite my attempts to resolve this matter over the phone, I have been unsuccessful in speaking with a representative in person or receiving adequate assistance.While I acknowledge my responsibility for not diligently monitoring this account, the accumulation of overdraft fees in such circumstances is disconcerting. This situation, coupled with the lack of responsive customer service and support, reflects poorly on the bank's commitment to its customers. I would caution others to avoid this branch and the bank in general based on my personal experience.

DO NOT USE THIS BANKING INSTITUTION.My account was hacked and drained of everything so naturally I filed a claim and they gave me the money back like they should. Randomly a m9nth later they took almost double what was returned to me back out of my account with no notice all due to the fact cash app was involved. Finally got cash app to answer to which they have said they sent the money back to wellsfargo. No changes with them.THEY ARE THIEVES AND I WILL BE SUEING

We experienced a really great staff member when needing help with an account on Friday. She was very sweet and assisted us in making an appointment. She was very complimentary and kind.

Came in to simply add my son to my account. I have been with this bank 10+ years.Literally there are 4 employees sitting around doing nothing. They tell me we need an appointment, since when???I came in first but someone else got served first. What's wrong with this bank?Issue did get handled politely.

By far the worst Wells Fargo branch to visit especially drive thru. They have no customer recognition, you always feel like you just opened a new account for the first time. Only have your driver's license with you? Then forget it! Other branches recognize me, can see I have nearly 10k times more cash than the check I'm trying to cash and easily treat me like a valued customer. Telling me you are protecting my security by not letting me cash a check with just a drivers license is the lamest thing I've ever encountered.

Horrible experience spent over an hour trying to deposit an insurance check for father who is in hospice care. Have POA also on account. Mind you trying to deposit no withdrawals. W. Allen Johnson was helpful but that’s about it. Got to get parents out of this bank. People listen to Clark Howard this bank is known for their illegal activities.

I am a long time customer of Wells Fargo. Emmy McIntyre is the WORST BANKER I have ever service customer service. It me 38 minutes to receive her 1 minute and 28 seconds notary stamp. She's spend more time telling her family story doing her actual job.

Visited recently it sucked let me just say when I first walked in the two people to first acknowledge I was there must have only asked if I needed something because they wanted to hear their self talk because they immediately turn back to their work and didn't even acknowledge that I was talking to them and when I say "work" I mean sitting around shooting the breezeIf you aren't wearing your fur coat when you walk in don't expect them to even look your directionOh and don't expect them to answer the phone because they send it straight to voicemail like a teenager dodging mom's call when they're out past curfewBest thing to do is just close all accounts you have with Wells Fargo and then skip happily to any other Bank of your choice really

Family was just there to add a family members name to my grandfather's account which is 97yr old. My dad could not be present because he had a major stroke. The family drove from different parts of the state to sign the papers. My mom has power of attorney hired a law firm to do the papers for her at Wells Fargo request.. The branch manager would not accept it. Guess that manager could careless he lost a 6 figure checking account. Good job manager way to be there for veterans that have money in your bank. You should be willing to sacrifice and give your all.

Apparently I’m an idiot for assuming that a bank that advertises the fact that they exchange currency would actually exchange currency. Every time I walk in the building I’m reminded of what they CANT do.

I was in today to deposit cash into my mothers account. I had a deposit slip from her checking account to make deposit. Well, evidently Wells Fargo does not want money! They said, I would need my mothers license to make deposit. So drove to moms house got her license, came back and the same drive through lady said (with attitude) we need her (mom) to be present to make a cash deposit. She did not say that mom had to be present initially! Such an inconvenience! I understand rules , but this one is ridiculous! And the drive through attendant was rude! Bank of America and BB&T took cash deposits no problem!
