Would not cash a check for me and I have an account with them because of a signature didn't look exactly like previously done. This is my last straw with Wells Fargo I'll be switching to regions not everyone does their signature the same every time

Only one teller working with a customer on a 10+ minute transaction while 3 people wait in line. Meanwhile, 3 other employees are chatting it up with each other instead of opening another teller. No consideration for people's time. Absolutely unacceptable.

We've been customers for a very long time! Sometimes, we receive great service. Almost everytime we go through a drive through a hold is placed on a deposit...Prefer to do business on phone or on-line.

I had a very pleasant experience this morning while setting up an account for my new business. Mickey Davenport helped me through the process and was patient while answering numerous questions I had.I was slightly worried that I was not going to enjoy my time there based on other reviews, but the sense I got from her and the other agents did not corroborate with the bad reviews.

Always a lot of lanes to use. Staff has always been nice to me. They have video screens so you can see who you are talking to which is really cool.

I have never been treated so bad as I did the other day by the young manager of this Wells Fargo bank just for asking to use the restroom, I've been banking with them for 38 years and never so disrespected.I was waiting to set up another business account and was told the person I was to see would not be back for ten minutes, after couple of minutes I ask where the restroom was and manager said they were closed! Then the manager got nasty and rude after I ask him why!This is insane, I'm searching for another bank!They are out of touch with reality!I'm leaving them after this!

Today I had a tire blowout in the middle of the lane while pulling up to the teller. This place was AWESOME- Ivan came out quickly after he heard the loud noise and changed my tired for me. He did everything!!! He was so so awesome and comforting to me during this time and I can't thank him enough!! The lady working behind the window was also so sweet and we got a good laugh of out my incident. This bank and these people are great!!!! Highly recommend! :)

Its BS that this location is closed on Saturday. Had to go to the one in downtown cumming and it is ridiculously packed with a long line and no drive thru. What a disservice to customers.

The staff has been great and although I have seen some of the tellers leave and new ones come in, I have always been treated with respect. The managers have had to assist on more than one occasion and with each encounter, it has been very pleasant overall. I had such good experiences that I eventually opened up a personal account and would recommend this bank over many that I have dealt with over the years.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. Worst customer service horrible tellers. My friend wrote me two checks I went into cash them at the same time. The teller takes my id and makes me put fingerprints on the check then in broken English told me she charges $7.50 per check to cash. I said I'm sorry I can't pay $15 to cash check. She called an over paid useless manager to come over and look at the screen. She tells me in broken English that because I don't have an account with Wells Fargo I only have a military account with USAA that the bank has to charge 7.50 a check. The person who wrote the check was a customer of Wells Fargo but after this he has closed his accounts with Wells and went to a Better bank that doesn't treat people like that and trying to take money from me. Horrible bank. I will make sure I tell as many people as I can to switch banks. There are to many banks out there from Wells to be doing this to people.
