The experience I had in store was fine. We went to the store to get a new phone attached to an existing line we already had. We were able to get the phone, get it set up and head out the door in a reasonable amount of time. However, once we got home, I realized I had been billed for services I did not ask for and I was never asked if I wanted. I had been enrolled in a device protection plan and a new line had been activated on my account, neither of which I wanted. I then had to spend a few hours with the Xfinity online assistance (they were great by the way) to try and undo some of the things that had been done. I will give the employee the benefit of the doubt, but ask lots of questions while you are there to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for, and not paying for things you don't want or need.

I dealt with Jason Brown at the Cumming, Ga location. He was absolutely the most helpful and most friendliest staff of Xfinity I have EVER had to deal with…both in past phone conversations and in person staff! If I need their assistance in the future, I’ll def be back!

Went with my mother to get parts for broken equipment. Malik helped us. He was patient and wonderful. Not only did he provide new parts, but also looked over our bill and helped get my mother on a less expensive bundle. Highly recommend this location!

I have relocated to nearby area and came to this store to collect cable wire. One of the associate provided the offer stating that, if I move my mobile line from different company to Xfinity, My Xfinity mobile will be 30$ and my comcast internet bill will be 20$. I have accepted the offer and migrated my mobile to Xfinity on Aug 1st 2024. But for the past 3 months, my internet bill is same 35$. Whenever I am calling customer care, they gave temporary credit for 15$ and they gave the confirmation that issue is fixed. But not fixed until now. Now customer care is saying it is misinformation. They cannot fix it. I have to go to store to fix it. I wanted this xfinity store should fix the billing issue as per the commitment (30$ for mobile per month and 20$ for internet per month).

By far the worst place ever. Rude customer service. They NEVER have any equipment for the wifi no modems nothing. Xfinity 1800 customer service sends us here to pick uop equipment and this place is never in stock with anything. This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT. People drive almost an hour in hopes for equipment and they don't have nothing. This needs to be fixed before they start loosing customers

Stuff at this store were great. But due to the customer service from the 1 800. I will be canceling service I never even started. They don't do the job right, half started my account. Sent me to a location for equipment that didn't exist. Scheduled an appointment for a tech and nobody ever came
