I drive a mobile grooming van with a somewhat tricky-to-reach propane tank underneath it. This is the way it’s manufactured and cannot be altered. I have had multiple Ace hardware store managers refuse my business because they don’t want be bothered with manual labor. At this location there is never any fuss, and they’re always able to help me within minutes. Thank you for your quick and helpful service! I (and the dogs!) appreciate it so much.

Had my gf go in to refill two propane tanks . I have filled them before at both ace in loganville and winder for 15.99 a tank. Was told by dacula they charge over 6 dollars a gallon after they filled them. The total came out to over 48 dollars. I filled 4 in loganville 3 days prior 60. Sad times when you rip off your customers. Can't wait till I finish tractor supply on harbins road.

Store is a complete mess with no organization whatsoever you can barely walk down half the aisles there’s so much crap in the middle of the floor and walkways for you to trip over. It’s hard to believe they haven’t been sued yet for somebody falling and getting hurt.
On top of that I’ve had five keys cut here not a single one worked, they recut them multiple times and I got tired of going back so I just went somewhere else

Drove 2hrs to order online/pick up in store an item that wasn't in stock any closer to me. Website stated 4 were in stock. I bought 3 of them. Used $20 off $100 purchase. When I arrived, the employee stated they didn't have any of them. Manager confirmed none on-site. Had to drive another 1hr to acquire the product (after confirming by phone they were in stock), but $20 coupon was no longer available to use. Resulted in total 6hr round trip and $20 higher to purchase my items.

I came to this location looking for a specific tool that was sold out at the Winder Ace Hardware. I found the item here, but when I went to purchase it, Larry told me it wasn’t on sale. That was confusing, because Winder had already informed me it wasn’t a national promotion—implying that stores could set their own pricing.
When I questioned Larry about it, he suddenly changed his response and said, “Oh yeah, it is on sale.” At that point, he had already scanned the item. So either he was trying to charge me full price intentionally, or he didn’t know how to check properly. Neither is a good look.
Next, I attempted to use a $5 off $30 reward that Ace Hardware had sent me. My total before tax was $39, but Larry told me I couldn’t use it because it was sent from the Winder store. That’s simply not true—the rewards are issued by Ace, not individual locations. At that point, I gave up on the sale and bought the item elsewhere.
To make things worse, Larry walked away mid-transaction just to put the item back on the shelf. That kind of dismissive behavior is unacceptable. If you can’t treat all customers with respect—especially customers of color—you shouldn’t be working in retail.
This store has always felt disorganized, and this experience confirmed that. I won’t be returning

I go in there to buy nails with my husband this store is huge nobody offers to help… i ask one of the employees an older dude if i could use the restroom and he has the nerve to ask for a man or woman?? Who’s asking dummy? Pathetic
