I recently purchased some 134A for my granddaughters car at the Dacula store. I had no idea how to charge her AC. Stephen came out and walked me through the process. Wonderful customer service.

Only one attendant and he was busy speaking Spanish to a friend. Wouldn’t even acknowledge 3 of us in line. There is an oreily right down the road. Quick in and out.

Any time I come here it's for something small like bulbs or air fresheners. Purchases that are very quick and very easy. So it makes no sense to me why today was the 3rd time IN A ROW where they helped the people BEHIND me in line first for whatever reason. Never coming back. These people seriously suck.

The customer service is good however their pricing is simply out of this world.
I wanted to buy a clay bar there and the price was approximately 26.00 for one. Believe it or not I went online and I got four bars for $6 with free shipping.
I need a battery for my lawn mower that wouldn't start I went there and found out it was priced almost $75. I went to a different place and got a more powerful battery and it was only $42.
An oil filter for the same lawn mower was $26 went to a competitor and got it for $12.
In short I wouldn't go to Advance Auto again and you shouldn't either their pricing is simply not competitive and they seem unwilling or unable, probably the latter to do anything about it.
