I specifically asked NOT to be signed up for AT&T Next. Not only was I signed up for NEXT, but I was also enrolled in device protection. The associate did not review the upgrade contract with me, nor was I asked to review and agree to anything. In the past, associates have gone over the upgrade and I was asked to review and agree on the iPad. Not this time. He tapped on his iPad, gave me my phone and said I was good to go. Now I'm spending hours and weeks trying to straighten out my renewal and billing with online associates.

Samuel was awesome and super helpful! The moment we walked in we were acknowledged even though both attendants were busy with customers one of them stopped and welcomed us in. Samuel helped us get the phones and watches we needed and had such a great positive attitude. We were in and out fastest service at a phone shop I’ve ever received and impeccable customer service!! Very happy!

MY HUSBAND AND I CAME IN FOR HIS PHONE BUT JASMYNE AND DUSTIN ALSO HELPED ME WITH MY PHONE TOO AND THEY TOOK THERE PATIENCE TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW TO DOWN LOAD AND MANAGE MY PHONE AND MY HUSBAND PHONE AS WELL.. I had the absolute BEST experience with Dustin B. I've ever had with ATT today!!! He was phenomenal! He took the time to provide me with the best options to fit my needs and was so pleasant to work with! I will be requesting to work with him for all of my future needs. Jasmyn the associate was able to fix my phone by swapping sims and got me up an running in no time. Great staff here and very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this location to everyone. Great work guys!
