Bought a disposable vape for $10 this afternoon. Pull out of the gas station, open it up, and it does not work. Go back hoping to have them exchange the product for one that actually works. The manager would not and said I'd have to try calling some number to have them fix the issue. 1)That is unacceptable 2) There is no number and the website listed only always you to send them a message. I've shopped at this store for 12 years and this will officially stop me from setting for in that store or buy gas from them or their partnering gas station. You all literally just stole $10 from me imo. You had the chance to make it right, but you failed to do so. You'll never get a dime of my hard earned money again. F*** this business!!

I have never been disrespected and treated the way I was at this BP in Dacula. I am always very nice when I frequently visit this location for gas. There are only two professional clerks at this location (One male and one female). The third clerk, (not posting his name for now) is unprofessional and COMPLETELY rude! The store manager (not posting his name for now) is aware of the situation because MANY MANY MANY people complain about the clerk and nothing is ever done. We are hard working customers who simply want gas and merchandise. If the clerk does not want to be a clerk he should quit. There are many other professions where he can be rude and disrespectful. The customers who frequent this location should complete a petition to prevent others from feeling the way I feel right now. The customers of this location deserve respect like any other human being. I will try and meet with the owner on Monday around 1230 (2/25/19) to discuss further.

The store manager Peter is aware of the situation because MANY MANY MANY people complain about Nick and nothing is ever done. We are hard working customers who simply want gas and merchandise. If Nick does not want to be a clerk he should quit. There are many other professions where Nick can be rude and disrespectful. The customers who frequent this location should complete a petition to have Nick removed from this location. The customers of this location deserve respect like any other human being. I will try and meet with Peter on Monday around 1230 (2/25/19) to discuss further.
