“Called a few places to get front windows tinted. All were quoting about the same pricing. This one came in slightly less, but reviews made me question it. It appeared the negative ones were talking about wraps, and tinting reviews were positive. I called and they were very responsive. I said I would front windows to match the rear. He knew what I meant, and it gave me confidence. After a reasonable amount of time, they brought my car around. It looked as I hoped, and matched very well. I went home, and wife (who didn't want tinted windows) said she wants her car done too. I made an appointment for later this week. I waited 3 days to post this review because I thought issues could develop if work wasn't done well. No issues at all. They look great.”

I had the pleasure of working with Classic Collision Auburn shop and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked into the door to drop the car off; the ladies in the office greeted us warmly, they were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explained the process to us. It was during the Holidays, so they were open and honest about expectations for the repair's completion timeframe; it was clear that they understood the importance of our son's car to him and valued customer service, with the commitment to making the repair process as smooth as possible. When they encountered a delay, we received a call; when our son unexpectedly visited the shop to ensure the repair was going smoothly, they took him back to the shop and showed him his car and the progress. It was imposing that the owner took the time to speak with our son and answered any questions he had; that speaks volumes for the value of customer service.The repair work was outstanding; there was an issue with one of the replacement parts; we voiced our concerns, and the owner contacted our insurance company to assist us with remedying the situation. “Moe is a honest and reputable mechanic! After being told I need a new compressor and I had a leak. I went in for a second opinion on my A/C. He found no leak, and my compressor was fine, I just needed Freon. Priced great and he fixed it in about 30 mins. Officially won’t be going back to franchised auto mechanics. Top Notch is the place to go to!”

“I have used Classic Collision twice now. Apparently my truck attracts idiots. Once the person ran a red-light and hit my front end. The 2nd time someone ran their vehicle down the side of it while it was parked. Anyways Laser and his guys did absolute beautiful work. You can't even tell it's been re painted. A lot of places you can see how it's been sprayed. Not these guys. They're top notch , professional , and they tell the truth !!! Absolutely great place to have your vehicle taken care of ! Heather is very nice and courteous. Their whole team is very professional !!! Thanks again guys !”
“A rock hit my windshield and the crack started spidering so I went through insurance to get it replaced. The process of booking the appointment through Safelite was simple and quick! I took my car in and dropped it off this morning. The receptionist was so sweet and a tech called me to let me know that my car was done and could be picked up. (On top of the email and text notifications) They also vacuumed my floor mats! All in all, it was a great experience! I hope I won’t have a need to use them again but if I do, I would definitely choose to go back!”
“I always do the interior and exterior wash together. It is cheap compared to other places and they spend 30+ minutes cleaning my car throughly. I wish they had someone working inside and maybe some vending machines but the cleaning service is great.”

“Excellent service with integrity!! They had to go through the hassle of inspecting and rejecting 2 windshields before the 3rd one passed their inspection to be installed in my vehicle. They did not call to schedule the install until they knew they had a good replacement. I am grateful they did that and spared me the hassle and wasted time. Todd and Steve were a pleasure to work with and delivered on quality and professionalism. Should a future need arise, they will be my "go to" for all things auto glass.”
