I will only take my cars to this location! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns. I've always been able to get my car serviced quickly and efficiently. They are up front with their pricing and stay in constant communication. I highly recommend taking your car here - the customer service is top notch.

Just so pleased... 1) My truck's HEAT/AC issue was correctly diagnosed & repaired the first time I brought it in [accuracy]. 2) The evaluation & potential repair processes were explained up-front [honesty]. 3) The service provided matched what they said they would do [integrity]. 4) They did not keep my vehicle any longer than needed to get the repairs completed, and was a much shorter timeframe than quoted at other local somewhat-reputable shops [efficiency]. 5) I was communicated with often and at every step of the way, & in my preferred channel of communication (text) [timely communication]. 6) I feel like I got great value - the total cost was equal to or less than quotes received from other local somewhat-reputable/trusted shops, and about a third of the cost (& time for repair) compared to what a local dealer quoted [cost savings]. I've been wanting to get this repair done for months, and now I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Not sure what else a customer could look for in an auto repair facility; If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thanks CBA Hamilton Mill - I'll be back & I'll tell anyone who will listen!

I think it is ridiculous to charge $179 to diagnose an issue on a car. Every auto repair place usually charges $79 tops and applies it to the cost of the repair, not you guys. You were going to charge me for replacing 2 battery cables $186 until I called you out. You threw it in for Free then.
It was my second electrical diagnosis in 2 weeks and after spending $3000 for an AC compressor and New Fuse panel. You do have a the top of the line equipment but you also charge top dollar if you turn it on.
