Storage facility clean and conveniently located near my home. Pricing promotions are pretty good but insurance is a bit much imo. My main reason and deciding factor for choosing CubeSmart is really because of Anna. She is extremely professional and personable. Her customer service is excellent and you can see she truly cares about her job and her customers. I felt valued as a customer and if she treated me with such care, this is the place and facility I want to store my belongings. I feel as I’m in good hands. Thank you.

I’ve had a few units in different storage units, and this place is absolutely the best. Mrs. Anna in the office is amazing. The property is clean and always taken care of.

Been waiting a month for the district manager to return my call and customer service call. They stated they’ve reached out multiple times for the manager to waive the fee which he is the only one able to do so.

The attendant, Ariana, was fabulous to work with. She made the storage part of my move easy. She was always available and helpful when I called. She was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She helped me in selecting the right units and in the same location. Thank you, Ariana!
The storage units were clean and fresh. It was an ease to rent one online. Ariana helped me rent the 2nd unit by phone, in a breeze. The whole storage site was clean and free of debris. I liked that there was parking at the side of each building, keeping the way clear for passing cars/trucks.

Storage unit is easy to access and accessible. The manager is very friendly, I had no issues rental from this company, if I need them in the further I will use them again.
