The pharmacy used to be the best now the workers there are very rude. Talking down to a customer for an issue with the prescription a dr sent over is not the fault of the customer so how about the pharmacy do their job and contact the provider to have them clarify instead of having me play the middle man.

I have been going to this CVS and it was a good store, but has gone downhill. I recently changed to Walgreens after I finally had had enough. The store would tellMe when my refills would be ready and I would go back to the store and get the run around. The store would tell me my doctor had not authorized the medication and I would ask my doctor and they would give a different story. They just stopped accepting my wife's insurance one day to the next without ever notifying her. I just cant understand how disorganized this location has become. Truly frustrated and upset with the service.

I made an appointment online for 1 vaccination. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited a total of 40 mins to be told they are out of the vaccine.

Awesome experience at CVS today. I went to pickup my medicine and everything went as smoothly as clock work. In and Out at top speed.

This particular CVS is the WORST. They want to send me text about every single prescription I've taken over my entire life even those I've repeatedly told them to remove but when I have a prescription that is due to be refilled the next day and it's something they don't think's important enough to them or they think because it's got 2 more days to go, they don't bother EVEN MAKING SURE THEY HAVE IT ON HAND. Now it's time to refill and they have to "order it". This is over & over with this particular store. Their pharmacist are sub par as all of them are rude. There's only one male employee behind the counter who's respectful, the rest have the personality of a snail. Now I find out it's not going to be in till Saturday. 3 days without my pills. Epic! They definitely need more training in how to order prescriptions. I've been taking this prescription for many months so it's nothing new and they know I need it every single month on the same day but dropped the ball on this one and have dropped the ball on my thyroid medicine in the past as well. Definitely need new and more experienced pharmacists.

Went to the clinic on Sunday because I was really sick and needed some medicine to help me feel better. The employee, Larriette Narh, was going to call in a prescription. After my visit, I went home and waited for my pharmacy to call me. As it was approaching closing time, I called the pharmacy. No medicine was called in. I called CVS back, but she had already left for the day. I was stuck feeling miserable another day. Monday morning, I called back and the new player found the note sitting on the desk. This is no way to run a medical facility. You should refund my insurance company the money they paid you to treat me, as you didn't do anything to help me out. I still had to go to my general doctor and got a prescription in a very timely manner.

Staff was attentive to customers and very friendly. The nurse that was giving vaccinations was very caring and thorough about the whole process. We were in line for about 15 minutes but they have a waiting area and they gave a $5 off coupon for your next purchase with every vaccine.

Let me start by saying that IDK if it's me or this particular CVS or all CVS pharmacies that behave like this.... I've been using this particular CVS location for about 10+ years and have seen many employees come and goMy company's healthcare plan requires us to get all of our maintenance medications filled at CVS or at Caremark Mail-Order pharmacies. New prescriptions can be filled anywhere the first time, but I used to just bring them here because why bother going one place for one med and another place for other meds, etc.Ok, that said - first problem is with CVS Ready Refill - which is CVS' automatic refill system. Not all of my maintenance meds need to be taken daily. And on an occasional day, I might sleep in and miss a dose or what have you. I make my meds into a 7-day pill organizer and when I start running low, I order up a refill either online or by phone. And I always refuse Ready Refill if asked by the pharmacist. The problem is that it only sticks for about six months, and then they automatically put the script back on Ready Refill. At that point, they become aggressive "pill pushers". They, or their system starts texting daily. Then they, or their system starts calling daily and leaving voice mails. Sometimes I get a call from a CVS robot voice and an actual CVS employee at this location on the same day! They will not let up until you just give in and get the med refilled. It becomes bothering and my fam and I are tired of being badgered so we get the Rx taken off Ready Refill only to find out that a few months later it's back on. When talking to the pharmacist and pharmacy techs at this location, they usually blame it on "CVS Corporate" and say they can't do anything about it. I've had to move as many meds as possible to the CVS Caremark mail order because they send a lot fewer texts and never leave a voice mail.Another issue is that sometimes, outside of a refill issue, a CVS person from this location will call and leave me a voice mail. This has happened now three times. When I call back, nobody knows why someone left me a voice mail and they have no idea why they themselves called me! Sort of makes you question their competence, which isn't good - you expect a pharmacy to be on top of their game and know what they're doing. Now another thing - which to me is most serious. Once in a while, a new to this location pharmacist will get dropped into this location. I take two different meds for the same condition (neither is a controlled substance), and some pharmacists don't see a need for both of them. I work closely with my doctors, and I know exactly why I am taking a certain medication. There is no known negative interactions between the two meds, but sometimes a CVS employee takes it upon themselves to hold up a refill in order to talk to my doctor, even though, if they had taken the time to read my records, they would realize that someone from that CVS has already talked to my doctor some years back. While that's not a controlled-substance case, if you ever do need a controlled substance filled or refilled, OMG. I recently fell down an entire flight of stairs, and had to have spinal reconstructive surgery. While I go to PT twice a week and massage therapy once per week, I am still on pain management due to the long healing time for this surgery (seven months). Once per month, I visit a pain management doctor, do a urinalysis, and get a refill for the pain meds. This will go on for up to a year. But when I go to this CVS, the pharmacist and/or pharmacy tech treat me like a drug addict or something. They look at me funny, like I'm doing something wrong, and they start acting "oddly". For the last two months, when I've brought in a valid prescription, they just happen to be "out" of that medication and it will take "several days" for them to get their stock refilled. This is a very common medication, the chances of them being "out" are next to nothing (this is what I'm told by oth
