My daughter was prescribed an anabiotic that is still not been called in. I waited on hold with MinuteClinic for over an hour. They never got on the phone and even talk to the manager at CVS. She said she was going to relay the message. Clearly she did not because I still don’t have the anabiotic for my daughter. What a waste of time and money I will never be back

The pharmacy tech who helped me greeted me pleasantly, and asked if I had any questions about my prescription. I had previously been using the CVS in Auburn, GA for many years, until its closure earlier this month. With the exception of one tech at the Auburn, GA location, who always went above and beyond in her wonderful attitude and helpfulness, I have never had a nicer experience at a CVS location than the one I had yesterday at the Jim Moore Rd. (Dacula, GA) location. I did not catch the tech's name, but he did a great job! If he is not already, he should be put in charge of training new employees on how to treat each and every customer with dignity and respect, which is a trait that is sorely needed in the employees at most of the large corporate pharmacy chains. I look forward to my next visit to the Dacula location!

The pharmacy is usually polite and helpful. But the staff out in the store are useless and unhelpful. One girl was hiding in one of the aisles on facebook whilst there was a long line out front. When we asked her for assistance she just shrugged and went back to scrolling on her phone.

I went I to purchase 3 items. I used the self checkout. I paid then as I was about to walk out the door I looked at my receipt and seen there was an item that I didn’t not purchase. So I turned around went to a man named Samji who worked there. I believe is the manager. He was completely rude and basically was telling me that it’s impossible for an item to be scanned and not there. And putting like I can’t get my money back for it. I told him check your cameras and you’ll see I didn’t not have that item and that it’s not on me. I didn’t leave the store and I didn’t have a purse. He was so rude. A nice young woman who worked there was very understanding of my concern and she helped me. They didn’t find that product that was on my transaction so she had to scan something similar and apply to a cvs store card. That manger or whatever he is shouldn’t allowed to be working there. Thinking it’s okay that I have to pay for something I don’t have. After I told him three time to check the cameras he still refused to do it.

Minute Clinic inconsiderate of time. Made an appointment and waited a ridiculous amount of time for service. Employees were dismissive upon inquiry.

This particular CVS is the WORST. They want to send me text about every single prescription I've taken over my entire life even those I've repeatedly told them to remove but when I have a prescription that is due to be refilled the next day and it's something they don't think's important enough to them or they think because it's got 2 more days to go, they don't bother EVEN MAKING SURE THEY HAVE IT ON HAND. Now it's time to refill and they have to "order it". This is over & over with this particular store. Their pharmacist are sub par as all of them are rude. There's only one male employee behind the counter who's respectful, the rest have the personality of a snail.Now I find out it's not going to be in till Saturday. 3 days without my pills. Epic! They definitely need more training in how to order prescriptions. I've been taking this prescription for many months so it's nothing new and they know I need it every single month on the same day but dropped the ball on this one and have dropped the ball on my thyroid medicine in the past as well. Definitely need new and more experienced pharmacists.

If I could give a negative review, I would. One star is too much. Don't even bother getting a script filled here, they are always out of stock and they don't have enough workers in the Pharmacy. They will keep you thinking that the script might come in tomorrow all while knowing they haven't had it for weeks. Un-ethical!!

Horrible customer service. My 96 year old grandma has her meds delivered from cvs and they did not get delivered. When I called as she ran out, the lady was like oh well that’s on the mailman. Then she put me on permanent hold. The pharmacist KS said read the fine print we are not responsible.

Pharmacist by the name of “cast” ? Rude, impatient, and hung up on me before I could finish my request. I needed her to transfer prescription as well as check on another she refused to check - just said she didn’t have it before she hung up. I had to I call back and I spoke to the pharmacy technician; come to find out she didn’t even make the transfer. & I actually did have a pending message from my doctor about the other prescription. So what was the problem?? I just got discharged from the hospital. I’m pregnant and need to be on bedrest the least you could do is be a decent human being, and have some patience with the people calling your pharmacy. UNACCEPTABLE

This is the only CVS i will shop at. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The vibe of the store is very laid back and just an overall great experience. Thanks to the staff for their continued hard work :)

Generally CVS has been a reliable place to have perscriptions refilled, however, within the past few months they have not had medications in stock. 2 days ago on Saturday I was told an insulin would be in stock on Monday. Last dose was taken that Saturday with a concern that we are short a dose while we wait, but I was assured it would be available as quoted. Today I went to go pick it up shortly before close and it never arrived. Knowing we had missed a dose, we were never notified that it was not delivered.Since we moved here in March, this is is the fourth time something was out of stock, and the second time a shipment never arrived with even a courtesy call / text so we can look elsewhere.Walgreens may have bad reviews, but they have always come through where CVS failed.
