They cut my cuticles twice and I was bleeding. They didn't even apologize, just acted like I should tough it out. I still have a scab on my nail 2 weeks later!

Amazing pedicures. Le has been doing my nails for years. I have done acrylics and SNS. I have had custom designs. I also use wax services. I have never left disappointed. I always call head for an appointment.

I arrived for a manicure and was guided to a table so that the dip powder could be soaked off. I soaked my nails for 15 minutes and decided to take my hands out on my own. Not one time did anyone come to me to provide any updates or apologize for the wait. I got up to leave after sitting there for an hour and no one said a word. I will not be back again.

Firstly we came in for mani/pedi they were understaffed and told me 15 mins to get to me. That’s fine, but another customer arrives after. Instead of starting on me next they decide to start on the other customer instead. Quality of work was rushed and just not pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. They only did a pedi and never did a mani for me. It’s okay to be understaffed but let’s be transparent.

I love this place! People are so kind and do a very good job on both manis and pedis. I have no complaints. Ask for Andy when you get a pedicure!
