Best dry cleaner I’ve been to! The shop is super clean and well-kept, and the owner is so kind and welcoming. Feels great knowing my clothes are in good hands. Highly recommend!

The service is ok, only the young man seems to be friendly. Service is good, but the price for dry cleaning is high. Looking for another dry cleaners close by with reasonable prices.

I have been doing business with Dacula Cleaners (Dacula, GA) for over a year now. I collected my clothing for work last Friday and received them damaged. I trusted them so I don’t normally remove from plastic and examine.
—> Just took 2 of my shirts out the plastic for work and saw damage to the collar. Took it in and the manager/owner was very disrespectful— implying that I would damage my own shirt ? on the day I need it. My 2 shirts are $140 each ($240 total) to replace and he looks at mean and say “even if it’s $5 Million I can’t do anything.” I even asked for a rush cleaning on a different shirt to help with the situation but he also refused. THIS IS THE WORST DRY CLEANING / business experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely terrible ?.
Now, every other place I go, I will have to examine it and show them it’s undamaged at drop off and re-examine at pickup — no trust!?

I went in with my toddlers favorite stuffed animal that was lightly stained- told them it needed to be spot cleaned. I received the toy back completely rock hard and smelling horribly of chemicals and was still expected to pay (despite it being completely ruined). I was told that they only steamed the toy and they have no idea what happened. This toy's interior inflates when submerged in water or any type of liquid ( I know this because I accidentally did this a while ago)- so there is no way light steaming or spot cleaning could do this. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I took a 100% silk pantsuit to this cleaners. When I came to pick it up, the person at the register showed me one side of the pantsuit and charged me $18.50. AFTER I paid for it, he showed me the damage they did to the suit. It is ruined. It also cannot be replaced. Needless to say, I do not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. BEWARE!

I’m really disappointed with the owner. I bringing my son’s uniforms to get dry clean and he’s in kindergarten! So he’s tiny. He only wears a 5T. Man was charging me $5.29 per item! He overcharges beyond belief and doesn’t have a set price. He will pick and choose what he wants to charge per client. After calling around the going rate for this size clothing is anywhere between two dollars an item and $3.25! Do you think that he would take better care of people coming. He also charge me an astronomical amount of money for some personal clothing that I had brought in and when I came to pick it up, he told me it was $250! When I asked him, why was it so much? He told me well it’s not my clothes! So of course I had no option but to pay the 250 to get my clothes back and then ever since he’s been knocking me over the head with ridiculous prices! I’m a business owner myself and this is not how you treat customers!

I've gone to this cleaners for about 10 years. It used to be an older couple and they were great. Very sweet and professional. However, over the last couple of years, the young man I've interacted is with is pretty rude. I'd rather go somewhere else now.

Purchased a brand new black and white blazer from White House Black Market (Nov 4, 2022). Never worn it.After I have purchased it, I stopped by Dacula Cleaners to clean it before I wear it.It was accepted and I was told it will be ready on Tuesday (Nov 7, 2022). When I arrived it wasn't ready. No one informed me of the possibility it was damaged. He asked if I could come back. I said sure. I returned, paid and left. When I looked at the blazer at home it was damaged. Black dye all over the white. There was no note on the blazer to inform me my brand new, never been worn jacket was damaged during cleaning. I returned to the store. The owner, stated it was not his fault he send the clothes to a plant to get cleaned, then he stated as he was cleaning it he noticed the black dye running on the white fabric and lastly it is a "manufacturer defect" and for me to contact White House Black Market it is the company fault. He then show me the care tag, he said see it says on here "May Be Dry Cleaned". Well that means I could have the blazer dry cleaned with no damage.I left went to White House Black Market store located at the Mall of GA. Asked about manufacture defect of the jacket. The sales lady confirmed no reports of manufacturer defects regarding this particular style of blazer.I let him know it is his fault he damaged my blazer and he need to reimburse me. When I let him know how much the blazer cost and provided proof of the cost. His solution was to call White House Black Market and lie to the customer service rep in order for me to get a refund. He then let me know his sister is a lawyer and she had black and white clothes from Macy's. Why he thought to tell me this, I do not know.He is responsible for damaging my blazer, refused to reimburse me, will not take responsibility for he knowing he wasn't capable of cleaning my blazer and mention his sister is a lawyer (still don't understand why that matter when he damaged my brand new blazer)He is unethical.Response to "owner": Hmmm, if a business, no matter the size or location, should be ethical. You damaged a brand new, never worn blazer and refused to accept responsibility for doing so. An ethical business will reimburse the cost of the damaged item.Instead you refused to accept responsibility and blamed White House Black Market, claiming "manufacturer defect".When I arrived to pick up my blazer, there was not a note for the clerk to inform me the blazer was damaged. And I was charged for the dry cleaning. An ethical business does not exhibit this type of behavior.Yes, you did contact customer service while I was there. You also was not honest with the customer service rep. You did not mention that you are a dry cleaners and you damaged my blazer.I didn't take this blazer to White House Black Market to have professionally cleaned. I have taken the blazer to Dacula Cleaners.I also confirmed no reports of "manufacturer defects" regarding this blazer.Explain why should White House Black Market should be responsible for damage you, Dacula Cleaners caused?Like I have mentioned above, the size and location of a business doesn't matter, an ethical business would have informed the customer of the damage, accept responsibility and reimburse for the damage.Have you done any of those? Hmmmm.Keyland, when I returned, you told me the owner left for the evening. You didn't need to leave 5 stars to respond to me. Could you explain why?Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Hi Ky Woman 73, this is the other employee who was in the store at that time. In regards to your jacket, the problem came from the jacket itself, not from our services. When you came into the store to tell us about the issue, we saw it best to contact the store in which the jacket came from and tell them about the problem. There was no lying whatsoever from us. If you had come back to us like you said you would, we could have told you that the general manager(Tracey) of the store you bought it from was contacted by us and would have accepted the jacket without any problems and given you a refund or replacement on your jacket.Dacula cleaners has been mom and pop shop that has been serving Dacula since day one, when Publix was built. We are not a business that lies about our services. Attempting to put the blame entirely on us only serves to hurt us and our reputation for something that was not even our fault.
