So we went to go get the stuff out of our unit because we were 1 week late and we got there and are lock was cut off and a red lock was put on so we had a employee come help us and he said that the lock should not be cut off because the rent was only 1 week pass do and he said that the red locks are the owners locks so they have the keys for them so he opened it and we had 5 shotguns in it but they were not there so we told the employee and he said he will call the owner so he did and then we tell him what happened and so he started to cuss us out because we were 1 week pass due on rent and he said that win he doesn’t get the rent he cuts the lock and opens it and looks for stuff of value and takes it but legally he can’t open it unless it’s 1 month pass due let alone he can’t cut the lock cus that’s why ther are 2 slots for a lock. So in the end don’t go here unless you want your stuff stolen cause the owner is a thief. HAVE A GOOD DAY!!!!!!

One of the best storage facilities that I've ever used. The units are clean, well maintained and easily accessible. They do a great job of spraying for pests to keep your stuff critter free. Really friendly staff and a good location.

This is great climate controlled self storage. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had two units to store my stuff while trying to sell my house. Could have done it with one unit, but the price was great, so two units made it easy to get to my stuff. Especially like the drive up access to one of the climate controlled unit..made it so easy to load and unload. Highly recommended.
