There were lots of empty shelves most of the time I visited. It seems that inventory is not well kept. It should always have full shelves like regular groceries.

I shop at this store on a regular basis, recently I purchased 2 $50 apple game cards, paid cash. I did not use them, they are still in the original unopened package. I attempted to return them 3 days later with the receipts, the manager on duty denied or refused to honor Dollar tree 30 day return policy. She stated there were too many scams with game cards, I am a retired Vietnam veteran, senior citizen, not scamming anyone. I was insulted!!!
So I emailed corporate with the above information, they replied within a day, asked me for my phone number, gave it to them... Silence, I did provide pictures of the items as well as the receipt.
Made a phone call to them, they said it is up to the store manager to decide if they will refund for the product. So basically, the dollar tree 30 day refund policy can be decided by the store manager.
Buyer be warned!
