Since May of 2023, I rented a storage unit from Extra Space Storage, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in, Dwayne was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Initially my plans called for renting two months tops.
The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure, giving me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. The two months turned into 1.5 years, largely due to the site manager Dwayne’s professionalism and care.
Accessing my unit is convenient, with extended hours that fit perfectly with my schedule. The pricing is also very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service provided.
Overall, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone in need of a reliable and professional storage solution. Five star!

Dwayne and shamia excellent service everytime and always has the facility 1000% . Every time I stopped by always helped out with anything . I Will definitely come back to this location when I need another storage .

I have been using this storage facility for 7 years…. It is always clean and well kept. I am in the climate controlled area. Never had a problem with rodents. All employees are nice, friendly and helpful. Dwayne is the Store Manager and he is awesome. He was there the first day I moved in the my unit in 2017.
I love the new locking system which allows you to be “key free”. Thanks for making storage very simple for me!!

Dwayne over at extra storage off Braselton Highway in dacula, Georgia. My wife and I walked in and began a conversation with Dwayne, right away he was alternative to our questions and his response was exactly what we knew from our research before coming into this location. He (Dwayne) was very professional and knowledgeable and after further conversation we found out that he’s been at the company for about 20 years. Bottom line we thought that he presented himself ad the company very well and now we have a (1) year lease agreement with Extra Storage. Thanks Dwayne for all the information and answers all of our questions without any hesitation.
