Make sure you bring your own tape. The cheap butts that work there won't provide you anything.

I'm sorry others had such bad experiences. As this is location is just a drop-off, I was aware my item needed to be properly boxed and labeled. The associate was very friendly and helpful. She scanned my label, asked me for my phone number and let me know I would be receiving a text with the tracking information. The text hit my phone as I was walking out the door. Can't really ask for more than that.

Horrible customer service. Came to drop off a fedex package with fedex label and they would not take it.
