Owner did not hear a word I said what I needed in my daughter's baby shower corsage. First, I should had listened to my instincts when ordering how rude she was acting and seemed to be bothered. I should had walked out. I picked up a "funeral wreath" corsage...it's heavy and just rolls around my arm it's so big and heavy. I tried to explain I wanted small and dainty. I tied to have conversation. I also should had read these reviews. I would had never stepped in the store. LISTEN to your customers! We need a good florist in the area. The review made me click one star to post.

I ordered through 1800Flowers but this place prepared the flowers and they arrived absolutely beautiful!!!! My wife absolutely loved them 100% ordering from them again.

I ordered flowers through Flower Jazz's website as I have several times on 6/12/23 for delivery on 6/14/23 for my mother's birthday. I contacted my mom on 6/14 at 5:00 pm as the flowers hadn't been delivered, BUT the flower my nephew ordered through them were delivered. I called 13 times between 5:00 and 6:00 pm as they advertise they close at 6:00 pm. The phone either just rang or was picked up a Nand hung up. I emailed them, no reply. I called the next morning (6/15) & got to speak to someone who was very curt only to find out the flowers were never delivered. I was assured a new arrangement would be put together and upgraded. The flowers were not delivered until after 6:00 pm and it was not an upgraded arrangement nor a fresh arrangement, but rather the now wilting arrangement that should have been delivered on 6/14 with some yellow roses stuck in it and the rest of the arrangement schmooched and some flowers wilting. Sent and email but have not received a reply. It's so disappointing and poor business practice.

Received these flowers for Mother’s Day. I included the sample photo of what my husband ordered and what we received. When I contacted the store regarding the dead flowers with mold on them, I was told I would have to bring the dead arrangement to the store (45mins away) and they would replace it. Really poor quality and customer service.

I have used Flower Jazz at least ten times. In all of my quite-long life, I have never found a better selection of flowers or a better arranger of flowers. These folks always amaze me. Tip: select the option where they choose the flowers and the arrangement. You will be astounded.

Absolutely awful experience and they ruined our Easter gift for our family.. Ordered through 1-800 Flowers and they assigned this florist. What I ordered versus what I got wasn't even close. Was supposed to be a short arrangement for a table with PASTEL colors and eggs. What I got was a mess of cheap statice, maroon carnations....???, bright colored eggs, dark gold roses and a tall clear vase showing nasty stems. Hardly the elegant and lovely low arrangement in the picture that we wanted for their Easter table. If you can't get even close to the picture, then don't fulfill the order. It was embarrassing to have these delivered to our family for the holiday. Called 1-800 Flowers, got a refund and the horrible flowers are on the porch after this florist called our family members to put them there for pick up. At the least, they owe them and me an apology for this entire mess.

the flowers I ordered are a BIG hit with Mom, she loves the tulips and all the other colorful and sweet scented flowers. They really brightened up her hospital room and put a big smile on her face.Being so far away during this stressful time, I just wanted to send something to remind Mom that I was thinking of her. My last experience with an online florist was so poor I worried that it would happen again. This time I called florists that I found online that were located around the hospital mom is in. None could deliver this weekend but a kind gentleman recommended I call Flower Jazz. Anna was so kind, patient and professional. I am impressed by the quality of the flowers and the speed off the delivery as well as the ease of ordering by phone with such a knowledgeable and efficient representative.I will recommend Anna and Flower Jazz to all my friends and family who live in the area and if you live elsewhere, like me (Michigan) and need to send flowers to the area around Dacula, you can feel good about calling Flower Jazz for a good product that will be delivered in a timely manner..

My son and his wife, who live in California, had a beautiful bouquet sent to me. The roses are so fragrant. I love it. The flowers were delivered and a photo text was sent to me immediately letting me know of the delivery. I would definitely use Flower Jazz in the future.

I wanted something special for my daughter in laws birthday. Since I live in Idaho I had to rely on the online pictures. I found the puppy boquet and knew I wanted it. I called several times and struggled with the language barrier. I read reviews and there were great and horrible ones. I called one more time and she suggested I order online. The flowers arrived on time and they were perfect!! My daughter in law sent pictures and it was beautiful. She teaches school and she said the kids were excited about the flowers. I am a retired florist and quite picky. Job well done Jazz!!! Thank you!!!!

Absolutely unprofessional !!! Whoever is running can't speak English to try & resolve their mess up. Have no proof of delivery whatsoever. Save your money they're are completely trash. Will also try & deny your refund request.

My son order flowers for my Covid quarantine and they are absolutely beautiful, cheery, and brought a bright spot to my bedside! The stock and some of the other purple flowers are so fragrant it filled the room with fresh scent.

Unprofessional, unfriendly service. Owners don't speak English very well. Did the order online. Called to confirm if order was delivered there was no answer. Went to the business to find out if flowers went out. It was difficult to understand the broken English. Delivery confirmation should be prompt. An email or text confirmation with a picture of the order would help as well. Disappointed. In todays world w so many scams be very careful of merchants online. I came so close to canceling the credit card payment.
