I checked in online and arrived at 12:22 PM, well ahead of the scheduled 3:00 PM closing time. There were three other customers already in the waiting area. A few minutes after I arrived, the person in charge abruptly closed the salon without any explanation, leaving all four of us—who had checked in and were patiently waiting—without service.
While I understand it was Memorial Day, the salon was already open and had posted hours of a 3 pm closing time on the app. Closing early without notifying customers or offering any form of communication is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We made the effort to come in based on your advertised hours and check-in system, only to be dismissed without so much as an explanation.
This experience reflects very poorly on your management and approach to customer service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement better communication practices in the future, particularly on holidays. I reached out the Great Clips Customer Service, who deferred to the owner, who I’ve not been able to reach.

We LOVE this Great Clips & especially Shelly! My 16 year old son is VERY picky will only allow Shelly to cut his full head of curly hair. I also prefer Shelly as she listens to exactly what you want & does a perfect job every time!
Not to mention she is a sweetheart! All the stylists there are. I highly recommend!

Hi, I recently stopped by here and I must say this place has one of the most kindest people there! Today my hair was cut by Shelly and might I add that she is a really sweet person and so are the other people working there its like one big family and I really loved that because it brought the place to life!! I have lived in Dacula for 18 years and I always go here because of how lively the place is I really love this small town we have its so amazing to have people like them working there because they make up what Dacula is! were all just a small town here in Georgia and having the feeling of home in these places always makes me so happy. so thank you to everyone there!

One star is even more for their service.
Yesterday, I had been to this place for hair-cut there was one young lady, who took me in for cuting my hair. It looks like she is a trainee or amateur stylist; despite, telling her what to do, she messed up my hair. Am not able to comb and set my hair well- it so irregular. Eventually, ended up looking for another barbar. What a waste of time and money. I suggest that GC must hire qualified or at least experienced barbars, rather hiring some random college students.
I will never go to this place again. Or rather consider to quit great clips at other center too

My first visit here yesterday was wonderful, no wait, both ladies there were so kind and attentive. I asked for 3 inches off and my stylist made sure I knew what that would look like, she took her time and made sure I would be happy with the result !

Got a haircut here recently as the wait time was less but, did not turn out to my expectations. I was kinda rushed out once done. After I got home I noticed a lot of imperfections. Not satisfied at all. I will avoid this location hence forth.
