Please Beware! Irma is the absolute worst, she’s very rude and hateful nor does she follow instructions. She does what she wants to your hair and there is so much damage or the loss of hair after she’s cut it that it can’t corrected. It’s unfortunate I didn’t read reviews before I came here for service, I have since and I can’t believe how similar review complaints are shown over and over by various customers and how the owner will apologize and give info as to who to contact with your complaint and it appears that nothing has changed.

Regular senior hair cut, supposed to be 12.99 was charged 15.60 on my card gave her a 4.00 cash tip asked for receipt, she had to get help doing that, she picked up the 4.00 looked at it like where's the rest not so much as a thank you for any of it, but I'm not surprised there days, never again, I'd grow a pony tail first, goodbye ,good riddance, my regular place was closed, live and learn

I’ve always only gone to great clips if it’s a in the moment thing because i’ve never really had a really good haircut, but if anyone is to come here, please ask for Irma, she made my haircut the longest it’s ever been at great clips because she takes the time to care and do what’s asked, i will never ask for anyone but her at great clips! gave her an excellent tip, thanks!

First chair on the left, behind the desk. 6 minute haircut..Very uneven, had to ask for adjustments and still uneven. Very rushed job.

Yeah same experience as the guy from 2 months ago. Lady behind the desk. My hair was uneven. I turned around to show her the sport and she said yeah I can get that for you.
I don't know what's she's doing there and I'm not sure she does either.

First chair on the left behind the desk. Lady took about 7 mins to cut my hair it's all uneven, I complemented her because she gave me a haircut last time and she got an attitude. Probably why she ain't at Supercuts anymore.
