Charles Style, the customer experience manager is the best thing this store has going for it. After being mistreated by the 2 girls working the counter he went above and beyond to help me and make it right. I went from being nearly in tears from the 2 ladies behavior towards me to utterly blown away by Charles and his service!

My son sent me here to get a champion spark plug for his push mower and he gave me the part number.He's in the lawn care business and was on a job. I walked in at the front entrance, near the mower accessories. As luck had it, there was a lady at the end of the aisle who worked there. I told her what I was looking for, I gave her the part number. She went to where they were located, looked at a few and gave me the one I was looking for. I didn't have to look for the part or someone to help and was out of the store in 5 minutes or less. That's what I call great customer service. Thanks

Whoever redesigned the checkout areas has apparently never actually shopped in a Home Depot.
It's impossible to use the main registers with any materials or large supplies.
Not sure why they want to make it feel like a Walmart
We've been HD customers for a very, very long time but we're going to start looking at alternatives because of how bad the checkout process has become

Parking lot looks like a 3rd world country with pop up Mexican food being sold out of cars, shady individuals lurking behind and inside sheds and numerous areas where garbage is being dumped and left in parking lot.

What in the absolute heck is going on at this store in the Garden Department. Last night I could barely talk with my husband to figure out a plan for getting pine straw and hay without the obnoxious interruption of the cashier. Today I went through the mulch cage to inform the employee working in there that I purchased hay and pine straw and he totally ignored me until I was right up on him and then his demeanor freaked me out so bad I was actually scared of him. He never offered to come get the hay or straw until I was almost done. Never spoke a word, never said can I help never said thank you for being a loyal customer... wow I worked in the Garden Dept under Dennis and I assure you, that behavior would have never been tolerated. I'm assuming you are now hiring mentally challenged individuals and to that I say THANK YOU. But while I was there, there was no supervision and 2 customers besides myself were loading up their own merchandise. Let's hope they were honest. Thank goodness I am honest because otherwise I'd have 2 more bales of hay than I paid for...you can do better than this.
