Absolutely filthy. I've seen a melted carton of ice cream in the same spot for weeks. Produce is frequently rotten or moldy. Employees are not helpful. Always check your receipt because prices are often wrong. I swear the customer service employee I dealt with was high.

Landed here after running erronds & did my major shopping for the week (Mon - Wed) & ended up getting Thanksgiving items as well. Clean, kind associates, very nice customer too!! I got a bundle of firewood (5 big pcs, which isn't much) for $7.99 but cheaper than Publix. No alcohol on this trip, but seemed like I was going ti break the bank woth this haul- NOPE... $222.00 & we have actual food!!! Yay!!! My store is normally Lawrenceville/Duluth at Taylor Road & it is getting better. Or I can go to Satellite Blvd, which is pretty good. Oh, Riverside Parkway fixed up nice too... I have options now & I am happy!!! Don't forget the Kroger Plus card & on-line coupons to save even more!!! Happy Shopping!!!

I had the worst experience today when I went to store #457 in Dacula,GA. in short I wanted to buy the brawny 4pk which with the digital coupon is $4.99 i tried to clip the coupon but it said there are issues with the coupons sorry for inconvenience, I proceeded to take the item along with other items and show the cashier the message showing the error, she called for the supervisor Vanessa to assist but was told to download the app to get the coupon, I told her I just scan the qr code and goes to my account to clip coupon as always, and told me I can not get it unless I download the app, so I just purchased the other items leaving the paper towels, as I was leaving I heard the customer behind me mention the same problem with the system when buying an item that had a digital coupon, the cashier called the same supervisor Vanessa to help only this time she inputted the coupon for the Caucasian gentlemen after showing her the same message I showed her. As she headed back to customer service desk she asked if she could help me and I told her she just honored that man's coupon and not mind, she said she was going to tell me she got permission and would sell me the paper towels for the price with the coupon now they are still by the register. I asked her how could she had done that when I would've been gone from the store, if I didn't stay to see the outcome from the other customer. She of course denied being discriminating and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager I said yes and she spoke to him (Jaime) on the phone which I clearly heard so when he came to see me, he just offered to sell me the item at the digital coupon price, no apology and very nonchalant and uncaring, I returned the items i bought. and proceeded to go to another kroger in Lawrenceville at 1475 Buford dr. just to see if I would get the same treatment but thankfully they were just the opposite very helpful and polite in making sure that I got the item at advertised price with coupon per Emily the cashier even trying to scan it on her app once she knew I didn't have the app and saw it didn't give the price and even looking in the ad paper to verify it was valid without even bothering a supervisor or manager. relieved that all kroger stores are not like 457 but still more disgruntled to know it was those individuals not knowing good customer service and treating people the same regardless of race or gender even at a manger level that made my experience horrible,

The produce section is dismal and over priced just like the meat department if you shop at the Asian grocery, Aldi and Costco. Do a little vacuum packing you can save 30-40 percent over kroger. Only go here if u need one or two items.

Someone please tell the deli to stop trying to skip out on making fresh subs by telling people to use the pre-made ones. They're getting really bad on that.

Used to go to this Kroger for all my deli needs. For two months, I have been ordering from same lady for my weekly needs. No amount of engaging has made this woman smile, thank me for my business, the cuts have been wrong and she turns aside when she hands me my order. I will now switch to Publix. Kroger needs to put this woman in the back or fire her.

Kroger is always great. This particular kroger has racist attendees. I watched 4 people walk out in front of me without showing receipts, so I walked out without showing my receipt and was called back, despite not tripping the alarm. Only difference between me and the other customers was skin color. You make your deductions from that.

I have a healthy food plan through my health insurance company. In December, I went to use up my quarterly allowance at the Kroger on Dacula Rd and scanned the rib roasts that were on sale for $5.97/lb. The scan showed them as not eligible, however; when I went back the following week, when the roasts were $12.97/lb, and scanned them, they were eligible. Funny!?!? This was not the first time this has happened and this practice is not limited to the Dacula Kroger. They are a participating member of the healthy foods plan and I find that Kroger's failure to abide by the plan (when meat products are on special) reprehensible. UPDATE!!! Same thing happened with milk, today, 1/7. Milk was reduced to $2.29 & was "not eligible" when milk for $2.99 was eligible.

The selection of sushi is great here. They have a nice bakery and deli as well. This location is update more than the location on spout springs road.

This is the absolute WORST grocery store I have ever been to(not just worst Kroger, worst grocery store?. The employees are beyond rude. Every single time I come in here they have terrible attitudes. How is it my fault y'all dislike your jobs? You would have no job if I didn't SHOP. They make me uncomfortable every time I'm here. As if I am bothering them. What makes it worse is this is my local store. Why should I have to go out of my way because they are miserable. Kroger scrap the whole team except for 2 people I have encountered! Ridiculous

I live in Lawrenceville, came up here bc I'm doing a project in Dacula & I decided to go into this Kroger. I was shocked at first bc when you go in, all you see it, Starbucks station (which is weird bc there's a WHOLE Starbucks store right outside the window, sushi station, sandwich station, pizza station, chicken station. I was confused though I walked up & I saw a line for Deli but not this chicken/sandwich/pizza station.... This older lady named KIM came up to the counter & I say "Hello, should I order my food from you or do I get in line" she literally goes: "nah, I only work with chicken & pizza" .. then why is the sandwich station next to it. She then says "whatever I'll just make it for you" so I walk towards the deli section & she's like "MA'AM! So what do you want" with a look of "are you stupid" She starts complaining & telling me that more than half of the ingredients, they don't have it. She walks away & I noticed she was whispering something to "Danielle" (absolutely loved loved loved her!!) & she turned around & looked at me straight in the face (she looks sad, like if Kim said something messed up) & she comes to me with the biggest smile & goes " it's okay! I'll make you your sandwich" .. in which I respond: "well that was rude of Kim" , I cannot stress how nice & funny Danielle was. I absolutely loved her, we need more CSR like her!! As for Kim, smh Kim. Idc if you're having a bad day, but you don't need to treat people like they're the scum of the earth. Thank you Danielle for representing true customer service, please give her a raise !

Well I must admit I am tired of getting overcharged (see photo) then getting less than acceptable customer service at this Kroger. Beside having to return and request a refund this store IS NOT CLEAN. Just look inside the men's restroom or in the eating area of the coffee shop on location.

I've been going to this Kroger for years. I've never had any issues with the workers here, however I have had issues with the products. Majority of the time when I like a product, for example; a certain brand of a drink. The next month, they won't have it. When you ask a staff member about it, they'll say that they don't have it anymore and don't know as to wether or not it'll come back in stock. This has happened multiple times, with different kinds of products. A lot of times, there are expired products on the shelf. It's like sometimes the workers there don't even check the dates of the products. I don't really come here that much anymore, and when I do it's usually for the hair dye, makeup, and pharmacy. The staff don't wear masks, and don't enforce social distancing. However, they do have free wifi here and a Starbucks inside, which doesn't really make any sense considering there is a Starbucks in the parking lot of the Kroger.
