The new auto stop/anti thief carts are horrible! I used the self check out and the last two times my cart has come to a sudden haul. Today it stopped so abruptly I walked in to the cart at full speed hurting my entire forearm. Neither, my items or my receipt were check and I was unlocked and let through. So what is the point?! Next injury is a call to corporate.

Slowest pick up service ever I literally could have went inside and got the items myself and been gone. Will never use again beyond ridiculous been sitting here for 30+ minutes multiples cars that pulled up 10-15 minutes after me are getting their orders and gone.

This is my local kroger and I shop here often. Love the store and the people. Today the highlight of my visit was seeing Darlene at checkout....and Reese gathering the buggies outside. Phenomenal staff friendly always feel taken care of thank you. Extra special thanks to Darlene and Reese!!!!!! Yall need to keep them!!!! They definitely went above and beyond today grateful

Today. I had something very embarrassing happen there. I shopped, went to a register, paid for my groceries, and went to leave. As I went to exit the wheels to my cart locked. I was blocking others from exiting the building and I couldn’t make the cart move if I tried. Eventually someone let me out, but it’s pretty humiliating to be treated like a shoplifter for no reason. I’ll shop at a different store from now on.

The Supervisor Name Alice Is Very Unprofessional She is Rude has smart mouth been asking for a supervisor help and she took her precious time , and she doesn’t treat her workers with the respect from what i seen you need to get that lady out of that store

Ill never shop here again. They intentionally close registers to force you to use self checkout. If registers are open there is rarely a bagger. I dont mind bagging or scanning my own stuff but if I'm buying 500$ worth of groceries I dont have to scan bag and pay. Staff is incompetent and careless with your items. Produce section is plagued with rotten produce and you have to overly check before you buy. Meat section is also an issue, you have to double check every single date. Many times at this store I've left and not had all the items I paid for put into my cart. Funny they go above and beyond to make sure your not stealing from them but they do nothing to make sure they aren't stealing from you. Digital coupons don't work half the time, sale prices don't match what rings up. Another funny thing about this kroger is the lack of signal in thr building. Kinda seems like it wants you to just use it's wifi. You don't find these issues at publix.

Brooke at the gas station was super helpful today! My new drivers went to pump gas ( I have shown them a hundred times) this AM for the first time by their self and forgot all they had been taught. She came and helped them out ! Brooke you went the extra mile THANK YOU

So I’m new to the Gwinnett community and I shop at Kroger regularly… I had to come and give Casey (working last night, on the cigarette register) a HUGE shout out???? Thank you for your patience, your help and for making me laugh. I was in a really dark place and ppl don’t realize that 2 seconds of your kindness, helped me through my night. I can’t find the words to express my gratitude but yu are definitely appreciated

Driving home from Publix and a Kroger delivery van from this location flies up on my rear bumper. I had to turn into my subdivision, I guess I took 2 seconds too long to make a turn, and the delivery driver blows his horn acting like I was the problem. Won’t be using Kroger delivery services if they want to be the unprofessional.
