Terrible customer service!!!
I went to this location western union to receive money from my brother . This lady by name Denise has the worst customer service in my opinion. She wasn’t professional at all, she was mean, didn’t say hi and when I said hi, she didn’t want to answer. I had to say it twice. She told me my brother had three names, that’s wasn’t true. I had to call my brother in her presence and he said he had two names. It was Denise fault because she didn’t look at the paper well to see that it was two names.
She didn’t give any apologies for wasting my time.
In my opinion she is not supposed to work as a customer service agent.
I wish I could give zero star to this review.

It's unacceptably dirty, I've seen cockroaches, maggots, improperly cleaned shelves, etc. And some employees are forced to go through unbearable shifts, especially female employees, where they are oft left to do very heavy work unworthy of them.

Very bad service. Kroger didn't even have a bathroom in their section, but in the Starbucks section. They also need more bathrooms because only one can enter at a time.

This Kroger has become very ANNOYING to shop at now that they have employees following customers around and hounding them to sign up for the Kroger credit card. It’s a grocery store. Most people are trying to get in and out. One day when I was stopping for gas before work, they even had an employee out THERE bugging people at the gas pumps about that credit card! People are trying to get to work. They don’t want a sales pitch. Most of the employees are rude here, but I overlooked it since it was close to my house. Now, however, I drive further away and sit in more traffic to go to Publix instead. Also, getting in and out of their parking lot in the afternoons/evenings is a nightmare. This Kroger needs to get it together and stop with the credit card crap. The only reason I step foot in this Kroger at all anymore is because I’ve been using the pharmacy.

This is a really bad store, a lot of times out of stock. Produce is really bad. Just close this one up. Need something better here.

Fascinating how rude and bad guest care is. Denise couldn’t be more abrasive. I’ve been living in this area for over 10yrs now and bought most of my groceries here, that stops now as I’d rather not buy old salad at a premium to be treated like this at customer care when you try to exchange something.

was doing some quick shopping earlier today (9/18/24) and there was MOLD in the dairy section!!! needless to say i was EXTRA careful with what i was buying… didn’t snag any pictures of produce but let me tell you all of their “fresh” produce was almost rotten and i had to buy pre-packaged produce at a more expensive price! thankfully this kroger is NOT my regular so i wont have to return. the WHOLE store needs a deeeeep clean. They would’ve failed a health inspection if the health department came in today.

This Kroger is the worst I’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service from every employee I’ve spoken with. I’ve been to their gas station multiple times to buy cigarettes that they have signs posted to be on sale, and the employees refuse to put in the discount. Donna is especially rude. Twice now she has told me I can go inside to get my $2 refund, when the Dacula rd Kroger changes it with NO issue every time. It’s a KROGER discount that has been wrong in the system for weeks and this specific location refuses to apply their own signs discount. Will never shop here again.

Right on our way home from all of our typical Sunday activities. Definitely helpful and being able to stop and grab groceries for the week. Today was just a quick stop for a new sauce. Location was stocked and clean, which is greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what's going on with this Kroger lately. I usually like this one. But this is the second or third time, I've come home to find rotten fruit. I was looking forward to snacking on these. (Note: wanted to post a photo, but the feature isn't available. )
