Rice taste old and the mobile oder service is terrible. I odered 20 minutes before getting here and had to wait another 20 minutes . I could've waited in line and got my food faster. March 17th 2024

Worst experience ever:the staff was slow and acting like they didn’t care they don’t know how to make the menu items.When I placed my order the guy had to read it off the menu and still got it wrong cause the line wasn’t stocked with anything. Then tried to give me less cause they were running out and still charged for steak even though they didn’t have any.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and go to chipotle where they will at least fill up your bowl

It was alright, food was ok, location was fairly busy, the area was very busy.There was some kind of leak by the bathroom - the floors were very sticky and tables were not wiped down.Expensive for what we got. Hubs enjoyed hot chicken burrito and I had two tacos.

This franchise has undergone a management change recently and I'm thrilled. The new manager, Evan, clearly values a friendly and efficient experience. With his brother, Josh, here as well, it's no wonder there's a new, homey feeling when you visit. It honestly feels like a step up from visiting your average chain.Food's still good too. Generous portions and everything. Definitely come through, especially if you haven't been in a minute.
