Ahh. Doing this review is really bittersweet. Because the nail tech can do some freaking nails, ok? The pedicure lady is ok and they both wax eyebrows pretty well. But there are only two ladies that work there and there is absolutely no walk-ins. I can respect that but on a day like today when one lady is present, they only offer a particular service. I wanted my nails done but the nail tech is out. My main complaint is lack of workers. But if business is going well with two workers, then my $40 won't matter anyway. I will return simply because the nail tech is AMAZING! They both are friendly

I’ve been going here for YEARS, along with both my sisters and mom!! We love them and honestly I refuse to go anywhere else for my nails or toes!! If I could rate this place 100 stars I would!! ??

I saw you going to the nail salon in October because a friend had recommended it to me and let me tell you the mother and daughter are so good at what they do I totally recommend going here for a full set and pedicure not as much I feel like the girl never really actually did anything what she was doing my pedicure other than that I have a few things to say the first couple of times that I went there everything was good she was listening to what I was telling her that I wanted and she was talking to me towards the last couple of months that I was going there specifically from November she would have her AirPods in the entire time and will be on FaceTime with someone talking extremely loud and I felt like while she was watching her shows or whatever FaceTime call she's on she wasn't paying attention to what I was telling her I wanted and I never really minded it because it's whatever but the last time the fact that I had to wait like 30 minutes extra for my actual appointment time it really pissed me off because I showed her a picture and she said she could do it and ended up not being able to do it and we waited like 20 minutes looking for a stupid color for it not to work out in the end

Judy was awesome. It has been 2 weeks and my SNS has held up strong and still looks great. I am grateful and thank she knew what she was doing. I will definitely return because I had a horrible experience 1 week prior to going to NY Nails.

Amazing place. Judy is absolutely amazing. First time there today and my nails look fabulous. I got full gel set. My nails came out exactly what I asked for and very clean and precise. Will definitely be going back!

First visit to NY nails today. I'm pretty sure I won't be going back. I got the sns nails, no tips in what felt like 10 minutes or less, no sort of manicure, cuticles got drilled and filed multiple times, no concern from nail tech. Nails have lumps in them and it wasn't going to make a difference to ask because I felt the door opening as she was dusting my hands for them to push us out the door. Gel nails are cheaper and a small mani was given. For the price and the services I was really dissatisfied.
