I had a notification that my left tire had low pressure and took my car to MAVIS. This was the second time I have been at this location and the employees are just wonderful and efficient. They were able to remove it and have me out the shop in less than the estimated wait time. Every time I have been there I am more than satisfied with their services!

I talked to Mike and Jacob on Feb 23rd 2025. When I called they were very professional and nice. I called them around 1150am and asked if they could change 2 front tires on my volkswagon, And I knew they closed at 5pm. I was advised that they were super busy and under staffed and they told me they would try to have it done before 5pm. We'll they kept there word and I really appreciate there hard work. No one really understands the work that goes in changing tires. So I really appreciate the work they did. also Kyle who did the work stayed a little after 5 to make sure my wheels were balanced properly. I just have to give credit to this team for going above and beyond and working hard to make a customer happy. That shows me it's not just another job to them that they enjoy the work and helping there customers.

Before I begin on the awful customer service and unprofessionalism received from Jacob (the very tall, dark haired, low cut guy at the front desk) let me give Mr. Steve 5 stars for his problem solving, willingness to assist and for always cleaning up Jacob’s mess with customers.
I called customer service yesterday 1-800-757-4291 to report Jacob’s unprofessionalism and that he falsified his name. I had taken my car for an oil change and When Jacob realized I was frustrated with his poor customer service; when asked his name at the end of my transaction he told me that his name was Thomas. I later learned that he lied about his name and when I asked him to verify his name once more, he apologized stating that he gave me his middle name. Customer service assured me that my complaints would reach his Regional Manager.
Today I returned with a second vehicle for service and Jacob-Thomas’ customer service was forced, but slightly better. However, it appears that he makes up prices as he goes along. Jacob told me that it would cost me $150 to install a battery in 30 mins that I purchased elsewhere due to the battery location. Steve saved the day again by stating the true price is $79 for 1/2 hour of work. Jacob also isn’t interested in explaining warranty options or any other information when asked. He just spit out numbers and overcharge in hopes that you will comply and pay. Sadly Jacob is oftentimes the first person you meet and greet to represent this company. His character and integrity is sub-par. And his customer service is below zero.

Amazing service and customer care!
Have been taking my car here for some time now and they always do a great job. They're always super friendly and helpful and extremely quick on their service. And the quality is always amazing. Definitely recommend if anything you need done with your car. You can book online which also makes it very easy. Great place to take your car.

This Mavis far exceeded any expectations I could have had. Jacob got me in without an appointment and took care of my problem quickly, Eddie was the tech who worked on my vehicle and they got me in and out with no hassle. I will only use this location!!

I ran over a nail in the road and needed a tire patch. I had the privilege of speaking with Mr. Bill Waters, whose patience and understanding blew me away. Despite it being a Sunday evening, the service was quick and I got my car back within the hour. I appreciate Bill and the rest of the team for all they do.

Big shout to Jacob and the guys working on my car. Waited for around a quick 10 minutes for them to rotate all my tires with no charge or tip. Great customer service and will definitely be coming back!

I had a nail stuck in my tire and they were able to work fast to take care of it. I took my car in at 8:45 and left around 9:30. Everyone was so sweet and understanding. Steve helped with my service today!
