About 3 years ago my wife and I found Oak Hill Classical School. We were looking for something different to educate our children and have found a wonderful place at Oak Hill. The Classical Christian education we have been introduced too has been eye opening to our entire family. We now have all 4 of our children enrolled at Oak Hill Classical School.

Oak Hill is a fantastic classical Christian school. More rigorous than neighboring schools and focused on Christ. If you're in the private school market, go in for a tour.

Choosing Dominion is easily one of our best decisions as parents. In truth, I was somewhat skeptical about the long-term value of a classical Christian education. However, after two years at Dominion, I see in our girls the beginning of a well-trained mind and a new love for learning. It’s a foundation that is sure to benefit them for a lifetime, and it’s an education I wish I had.
If you’re on the fence, I would encourage you to take a closer look at Dominion. Our family is grateful that we did.

Having older children who were not exposed to the classical methods of education, I believe I can offer insight that others may not have. There is a world of difference in the standard way most children are now taught in public and other non-classical schools. My child , who now attends DCCA, has been there since its beginning, and his perception of truth and wisdom are so very different than my older children. He has learned history since the beginning of the written word, and how it ties in with all other subjects. He has been immersed in classical literature, art and music since a very young age, and is now in his 7th year of latin (in 9th grade). God's truths are taught in an objective and factual way, as recorded in Holy Scripture, and I have never felt he is being indoctrinated or forced to feel as though he cannot question whatever he is being exposed to. Most importantly, grace (God's unmerited love) is shown by the faculty and staff by their teaching methods and their personal interactions with the student body. DCCA is a jewel of a school, located in a lovely suburb of Atlanta, Georgia, and is certainly worth the drive and tuition for the education and impact on your child's future.
