I booked my f250 with storage locker bed when ordering tires at Firestone tucker only to be turned away when I arrived for my appointment due to the weight of the truck. I then inquired at multiple other tire places with no luck. So I put a floor jack in the bed thinking I would have to take them off one tire at a time, thankfully I found bulldogs and they had tires in-stock and fitted them while I walked nextdoor and shopped at the northern tool . So if you have a pickup with a utility bed on it come straight here and don't waste your time being turned away by all the other big corporate tire shops.”
“I got there as soon as they opened. Everyone was extremely kind and communicative. This was my first time here but it will be the only place that I come from now on. I've had not so great experiences at other places in the area and I genuinely liked the treatment they gave me and my car here. I'll definitely be back. Also Aaron is great. “I just had a new set of tires installed on my car. The technician performed the task, aligned the suspension, and inspected my vehicle for any other deficiencies. All of this was done while I waited, and everything is perfect. I have used this business for over 20 years for all of my vehicle needs from emissions certificates to blown head gaskets and they have always been competent, competitive and friendly. I recommend this business as one you can trust.”
“Unfortunately, this was only my second time at this place and I thought well let’s go ahead and get there before the rush-hour traffic in the afternoon and see if I can get it done. It was probably the most disheartening display of efficiency that I have seen. There are approximately six employees there. I had a basic oil change and they said I needed a light changed in the driver side back brake light. As they were doing all of this, it was taking unusually a long time to get anything done. However, They had time to walk around, literally like zombies talking to each other laughing some guy was there wasn’t the manager, but someone else pretty heavy set and was talking to people at times. There were three people around him talking while people are in the base me included. As far as any work ethic, there was absolutely none because they kept walking around laughing. One guy was walking around asking if somebody had something to put his hair in a bow, so it wasn’t in his face. It took over one hour and 30 minutes to get it done and then they told me it wasn’t the light and the manager said he could not give me a refund and I needed to call customer service. I know these things happen and I know it’s hard to hire good people, but this was ultimately one of the worst experiences in service on one of my vehicles I have ever had. Consequently, I have owned over 400 vehicles because of the business I was in and so I have had literally thousands of oil changes. Valy is off my list now now would highly suggest if you’re gonna get an oil change. Keep yourself at least two hours and then that way you won’t be frustrated.”
“This shop is top notch in every aspect!! Skills, knowledge, clear explanation of repairs needed, expediancy in doing repairs and returning automobile within reasonable time frames. Owner and staff super efficient and friendly. Most importantly is their honesty and character which speaks volumes to my family. We have 3 cars constantly in play. From simple maintenance to complicated repairs we trust them completely!!”

“I was looking around where I could get my car washed without me doing it personally and I came across this carwash so I said why not and let me just say I had no idea what I was walking into. The minute I walked In I was greeted kindly by the beautiful lady in the front desk I think her name was Mary. She is a ray of sunshine! The establishment was very clean and well organized , I was took back by the fact that they had a gift shop inside, great distraction while waiting for your vehicle, everyone was supper nice ! Most importantly my car was squeaky clean ! I will definitely be coming back.”
“I called in to ask if they had a tail light for my car and I got a call back saying I could come in same day. I was greeted by Nick, he is professional and polite. He explained to me how long it would take and confirmed the price. Overall it took about 30min. This was on a Friday around 530pm. This is the third time I’ve come in this year. Always good service always nice. Staff always explain options and pricing.”

“Wonderful service. We hadn't driven our truck in 1yr do to the cost of the repairs, for just 1 part. They made it possible to fix EVERYTHING in an affordable price. Turns out we had to have 3 major repairs done instead of the 1 we thought. Everywhere else made it seem impossible to fix our repair. They keep you informed every step of the way. I ❤️ how they text your with all the updates and additional repairs that needs to be done. They even sent me pics of our worn out brakes and spark plug. I'm not mechanical savy, but they helped me to understand what the pictures were showing. They have earned my business for LIFE.”

“This morning I came in for Walmart Auto care to finish my son's car. It had a broken lug nut on front tire that was going to be replaced per Aaron the manager. He explained yesterday that Blevins would assist in the completion of the work the next day. I came in around 11am and the part was not picked up last night I think it was a communication mix up. But when I arrived without hesitation Blevins said I'll be right back and went to pick up the part. Came back and he started to fix the car with technician. They had the car back to me in about 45mins. The customer service was Excellent again. And I wanted Blevins. And technician Komi to be recognized for their hard work and professionalism. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They are helpful and very through with everything they do.”
