“Went for oil change--All was good, until after I was upsold on the car wash, only realizing after tipping and pulling off... dashboard still dusty (I have to go clean it) seats still contain crumbs... ? Maybe review will make sure it is better next time. Other than that, customer service was good and process is efficient.”

“I was just looking to plug up my tire and that’s exactly what I wouldve got if the mechanics there didn’t care about my safety. He suggested I get a new tire and SHOWED me why I should. He even swapped an extra tire for me, without charging me extra. They got it done without any hassles or trying to get bucks out of me. Definitely recommend!!”

“Went here for 4 inexpensive 15-inch tires for my brothers older truck ($80 each), which they had in stock. Waited about 2 hours on a Saturday morning for the job to be finished, typical for "fast service. " The work was done quickly and efficiently, giving my brothers truck the ride and safety he needed at a reasonable price for name brand knock-off all terrain tires. He reports that they handle great regardless of where he drives the truck. Satisfaction at a good price with quick service done right the first time. Thank you, Wal-Mart Auto Care Center!”
“Went in for a headlight and tho the staff was sweet and eager to help (I am grateful) I have to say the manager Jaylen was amazing! Super attentive and listened to my complaints all while not only fixing the issue but helping out in other departments as needed it was crazy busy today at Walmart (I mean it’s Saturday) and his customer service made all the difference! He took his time and assessed the situation and let me know my options so that was great.”
“I love it here!! I only get my tires from Walmart and almost always from this location (or order online and let this location put them on). I always receive great customer service from everyone but Joe goes above and beyond!! He once fixed my trucks key fobs which hadn't worked in months and even 3 Infiniti and 1 Nissan dealership couldn't figure out why they weren't operable. He is an asset to this location and Walmart better hold on tight. Ocie has always been helpful as well and willing to try to help in any way he can. I'll always come to this location as long as I'm treated this well.”
