I purchased a vehicle and had to have the cv axle changed. I didn’t realize I was driving a death trap. Drives like a dream now! Thanks Allan and Canes! Great guys! Great service! Thank you.

Worst experience here, not once but twice. Got a couple oil changes and asked for the tires to be rotated both times, ended up going somewhere else for an oil change since I was far and was told it looks like my tires have not been rotated since I got them. Another time I went in for an oil change and asked them to check my brakes before going on a road trip. I was told my brakes were good and lets just say in less than a week i had to rush to get my brake pads and rotors change as soon as possible. Horrible service for such simple things. Take your car elsewhere

Great customer service, replaced a transmission where another Pep Boys said they couldn't do it. The sales guys and mechanics provided great customer service too. A bit pricey but quick.

Had brake service done a couple months earlier to include pads and rotors, and car started shaking when I braked particularly at high speed. Upon my returning for my car to be checked. I was told it was the struts and now the left front brake. It took about 15 minutes to come to that conclusion. Not to mention this was not discovered when they were replacing the rear brakes. Even more suspect. I usually get my service done at Acura and they do an inspection every visit, and how I found out about the brakes, and they were starting to make noise. I believe Acura would have noted in my inspection that my struts needed replacing. In my opinion Pep Boys failed to honor there service agreement and was trying to get 1,000k for services not needed. Lesson learned, I'll pay the extra cost to have the service done properly from Acura the first time.

I was in dire need of new tires considering I had ran across a bunch of roofing, nails or housing nails whatever they are called. Just destroying two of my tires. I called. I got a quote on the phone. I finally got the tire off the car, put the donut on the car and drove down there and it was everything he said it was going to be. I did add the extra $27 a tire warranty just in case. the service was great. Front desk guy was awesome. I had no problems. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. He quoted me whatever prices I was asking. I will definitely going back there to get my brakes and shocks done. All in all it was a great experience and I was even out sooner than he said. I was going to be out so pep boys. You will definitely be getting more of my business

I have previous satisfactory experiences with this shop servicing my wife’s SUV, but in this case they were the nearest location available when roadside assistance was required due to shredding a (front) tire on my recently acquired C4 Corvette. As the car in question is 35 years old, tires were not readily available and in this specific case, the manufacturer no longer marketed the tires used on the C4 at all. However, suitable replacements were located and transferred quickly, with a fresh full set installed less than 72 hours later. If not for a previous family commitment I would have picked up the car the Monday following the Friday when the problem tire went down. Owing to the age and status of the car the store manager took personal care to complete the four-tire change himself; the only downside is that the directional wheels used for car were not replaced correctly, but that is a small matter. I did inquire about additional work that I need to have done, but was told that due to the age of the car it was not something they felt comfortable undertaking, which I can respect.

This place honestly deserves to be close down. I’ve been in Dacula for 3 years and every time I take the chance to get something fixed in my car there, it is a waste of time and money. 2 years ago they broke the latch to my hood and refused to fix it added a zip tie where it was. One more time I had an oil change there, paid for it, only for my light to keep coming back. Went back over there, they send me a kid that pulled a YouTube video in front of me to figure out what was wrong with my car. When I got irritated I left, went to Walmart only to find out they did not do my oil change. Now, 3 weeks ago, I paid $53 for some tail lights only for one to stop working after 2 weeks. I went today asking for my light to be checked, I was told that to either leave the car or make an appointment. Since I was on my way out of town, the mechanic there suggested that I come back in 2 weeks when I will be back to check that tail light, like I can’t get a pull over or a ticket for a busted tail light, mind you this is a service that I already paid for. The picture attached is how my trunk was left. Honestly for a place that charges this much, the quality as well as the customer service suck. I do not recommend this place to anybody. If you can drive to the next location please keep going.
