We've come here a few times over the years, its a bit out of the way, but always worth it. The staff is always welcoming and nice. And they have more novelty type things, like cookies for dogs and nice beds.

We always come to this location it’s close to home and they have pretty much all i need every time i bring my puppies with me since it’s a pet store and never take them any other , anyways the girl working there today she got franatic cause my puppy peed on the floor , yeah he was marking he smelled other dogs , she asked me to clean wich i don’t mind it’s my dog , but they got a bit discusted about it , it’s a pet store and i could see they were into all the other dogs to catch that , they should put a sign on the store saying not pets allowed , that will be a solution for them , or find another job were you don’t have to chase dogs that will pee there , just saying ..

I absolutely adore this place! Bobby, Melody, and the store manager are my absolute favorites. To be honest, I haven’t had a single issue with anyone there. But when I come into the store with my little buddy Jacob, Bobby and Melody are the most helpful and sweetest people ever. Today, I was having a bit of a problem on one side of my hand, and then two of them immediately took action with me and Jacob. I love it! They remember their food, and Bobby even watched Jacob for me while Melody and I got the food. And guess what? Bobby even took Jacob to get weighed and helped me to the car. Their food, the store manager put on us on to the Taste of the Wild, she’s an amazing leader, and you can tell by the atmosphere when you walk in the door. Thank you all for what you do!

In desperate need to wash my dog and was told that the dog washing station closed at 5pm I was there at 5:35pm didn’t know it was no signs and the girl told me she already cleaned the area no smell of any type of cleaning just water I asked to even clean it because I clean for a living she said no sorry
2 hours before closing that make no sense!!
My issue is that it was nothing that indicated it closed at 5pm the store closes at 7pm anyhoo I never liked this store anyway the people have always acted condescending and rude to me anyway that’s why I never go here so they did me a favor to never return

I literally never leave reviews anywhere. I was a racially profiled by a worker in there named Melody. I walked in and she asked me if I needed help with anything. I told her no, Not Even two minutes even 2 minutes Later she walks up to me looking at my hands, saying are you sure you don’t need any help? You don’t need help with anything?? I said no, please do not ask me again! I literally came there to buy kitty litter And she was following me… On top of that, my boyfriend went to pay for the kitty litter and she was about to overcharge him! He then stated that he thought the kitty litter costed $16 and not $20 And she said oh I clicked the wrong button… I don’t believe that for a second. I do not live in this area and I will never come to the store again and I will let others know to stay away from this location. I don’t know how you guys handle business here, but Melody was out of line!
