Store is always cleaned and neatly zoned. The crew members are exceptionally nice here, nicer than I've ever gotten a Publix before. I recently ordered a cake for my wife's birthday it wasn't the cake I received at pick-up. It wasn't even the correct size. I spoke to the baker manager and she confirmed that the cake was in fact not the cake I ordered attached to the order form. She offered to remake the cake entirely, but I didn't have enough time left for her to do so. She was very apologetic about the mistake and offered the cake at no charge. She also gave the option for me to choose an additional cake at no charge, to suffice for the larger cake so I'd have enough cake to feed the number of people that I initially ordered the cake for. She was very sincere and continued to apologize for the error and inconvenience. I appreciated her going above and beyond and not being inconsiderate and completely turning the situation around. Wish I could remember her name, but I don't.

Love to shop here. The staff is always super friendly and the cleanliness is always on point. Parking can be crazy during peak hours so put on your walking shoes the distance isn't far.

Online order for sub was never made. When I asked about it I was given attitude. Was made totally wrong and burnt to a crisp. This wasn’t even edible. Won’t be back.

Very well maintained store. The BOGOs are great and if you don't buy two you get one for half price. Great meat selections. The BOGOs change every Thursday.

Hamilton Mill Publix is the best Publix I have ever shopped at . Especially The bakery, it has the best cakes! and the people who work at this location are extremely nice and courteous. I wish all Publix locations were like this one.
