I'm 68 yrs old. My life doesn't have much to look forward to. But! At this QT is a woman that is a delight. She seems to have an outlook that makes people smile. It's as if she's never met a stranger. I go to QT every morning for a cup of coffee and a cheerful hello . She can carry on a conversation that let's people know they are welcome, while never skipping a beat in doing. She's truly a great way to start a day. Her name is Caris.

On 03/29/2025 around 4:30 pm..I had a Terrible experience I ordered 2 cheese pizzas With
A coupon.. coupon didn't go through, and I was overcharged on the app. spoke with a manager named Lanc he immediately got Hastile stared, undermined me, and started to talk to me like I was a child and was very rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional and totally ignored me and was refusing to give my money back. At this point. I didn't wanted the pizza anymore and he continued to be disrespectful and was trying to prove to me into. altercation I felt discriminated I never felt like this at QT... how can they have this very nasty rude and disrespectful person working with them in a manager position 😤 I reach out to ....BBB

Would have been great had the employed allowed me to use the bathroom. She stopped me as I was about to walk in the stall. She was getting ready to clean it and my bladder was about to pop, but I wasn’t allowed until after she cleaned it. We left and went across the street.
